Potential Acute Health Effects

Irritation and burn on skin and eyes. Will cause nausea


and dizziness.
Carcinogenic Classified 3 by IARC. Substance toxic to
kidneys, liver, mucous membranes, upper respiratory
tract, skin, eyes, circulatory system, teeth. Prolonged
exposure can target organs damage.

Do not induce vomiting unless directed by medical


personnel. Rinse mouth and provide fresh air. Dilute by
drinking milk copiously. Loosen tight clothing (collar, belt,
and waistband) and get medical attention immediately.
Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Cold water may be used.
Flush skin with water for at least 15 minutes and remove
contaminated clothing. Cover skin with an emollient. Cold
water may be used.
Remove to fresh air. Provide artificial breathing if required.
In all cases get medical attention

Stop the leak. Absorb with DRY earth or sand. Do not get
water inside container. Use water spray curtain to divert
vapor drift and reduce vapors. Neutralize the residue with
sodium carbonate or soda ash.
