1.0 Introduction to Hadith Qudsi Software

Hadith Qudsi are of enourmous theological value as they reflect meanings that Almighty Allah has portrayed in dreams to
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh),
This software is a collection of 40 Hadith Qudsi. You can read more about these Sacred Hadith and how they differ from
other Hadith in the Introduction to Hadith-Qudsi below.
1.1 Starting the Program with a Randomly chosen Hadith Qudsi each time
This software can be easily configured to choose a Random Hadith Qudsi for you to view each time you start windows.
Click on the "Options" button after installing the program.

The screen above shows the Prefences which are accessible by clicking on the "Options" button.
Note: Make sure the second option "Start with Random Hadith Qudsi is checked".
2.0 Features
Features of this software include: Easy Naviation through the Forty Hadith Qudsi.
Select By Title allows you to select a particular Hadith Qudsi based on it's Meaning.
Windows Start - Sets the Hadith-Qudsi software to display when you start windows.
Random Hadith-Qudsi - Chooses, at random, a Hadith Qudsi to view when the program starts.
Compact/Easy to install & use - Software is compact, easy to install.

3.0 Introduction to Hadith Qudsi

This software is a collection of 40 Hadith Qudsi. But what is Hadith Qudsi and how do they differ from other Hadith?
Hadith Qudsi are the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) as revealed to him by
the Almighty Allah. Hadith Qudsi (or Sacred Hadith) are so named because, unlike the majority of Hadith which are
Prophetic Hadith, their authority (Isnad) is traced back not to the Prophet but to the Almighty.
Among many definitions given by the early scholars to Sacred Hadith is that of as-Sayyid ash-Sharif al-Jurjani (died in
816 A.H.) in his lexicon At-Tarifat, he says:
"A Sacred Hadith is, as to the meaning, from Allah the Almighty; as to the wording, it is from the messenger of Allah
(PBUH). It is that which Allah the Almighty has communicated to His Prophet through revelation or in a dream, and he,
peace be upon him, has communicated it in his own words. Thus the Holy Qur'an is superior to it because, besides being
revealed, it is His (Allah's) wording."
