Ambition 24hours are specialists in the provision of specialist, general

nurses and healthcare assistants for temporary placement with NHS
Trusts, private hospitals, nursing homes, occupational health companies,
HMP services and organisations concerned with mental health and
learning disability care. Ambition 24locums is the division responsible
for the placement of hospital doctors, GP locums and allied health
professionals, both privately and via the NHS contract.
Ambition 24direct provides nursing and domiciliary services to service
users within their own home.
We have gained a reputation as a fast, high-quality and helpful temporary
healthcare staffing service and we are able to meet the needs of busy
healthcare providers for specialist medical and care staff, at very short
notice. It is a true 24-7 service, 365 days a year.
We operate nationally throughout the UK and deliver outstanding levels of
compliance via our computerised fully centralised booking facility, staffed
24/7 by experienced consultants and supported by a database of over
23,000 healthcare professionals.

Day rates paid on hours worked from 08.00 to 20.00. Night rates paid on hours worked from 20.00 to 08.00. Saturday rates paid on
hours worked from 08.00 Saturday to 08.00 Sunday. Sunday rates paid on hours worked from 08.00 Sunday to 08.00 Monday.
Bank Holiday rates paid on hours worked from 12pm midnight on the start of the holiday to 08.00 on the following day - with the
exception of Christmas Eve and New Years Eve where Bank Holiday rates will be paid on both days from 16.00 hours to 08.00 on the
day following the Bank Holiday period. All time bands may be subject to change in order to comply with the Agency Workers Regulations.
These pay rates are a guide only. In situations where in order to comply with the Agency Workers Regulations holiday pay over and above
the basic entitlement becomes due then this excess shall be regarded as being included in the quoted pay rate (and hence paid as rolled
up holiday pay).
