The Drive & Control Academy


Bosch Rexroth is a world leader in the provision of technical training to professionals. Our Drives & Controls
Academy will provide you with access to an extensive range of training and education programmers across
Rexroth products and technologies.
As your only official Rexroth Training provider, we can offer technology, product and software training straight
from the manufacturer.

Trainers
All of our trainers are qualified engineers and have wealth of industrial experience, including within our own
Service and/or Applications functions.

Courses
We offer an extensive training programme across our full range of drive and control systems, including Bosch AT
& Indramat. All courses can be structured to your production processes, giving you just the training you need.

Locations
We are able to deliver courses at one of our Rexroth Technical and Service Centres or on your premises.

Training Systems
Training systems and play mobiles are available using current industrial standard components in Hydraulics,
Pneumatics, Mechatronics and Motion-Control technologies and are delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
From one rig to a full lab solution Rexroth is the only company able to supply industrial standard components
across all the technologies. Rexroth can also provide all the training documentation for both the Teacher and the
students.

We currently have a diverse range of eLearning products which can be accessed via our LearnWorld portal.

Introduction to Maintenance Hydraulics Technology
We offer a series of courses that meet our industries training needs. This course is targeted toward those
individuals who maintain hydraulic systems. Courses are structured to offer the ideal learning experience for
personnel working within the maintenance, repair, field service or technical support fields of hydraulic systems
and are certificated by Bosch Rexroth Limited. Rexroth training uses industry standard components you will find
on varied applications within your working environment, providing a perfect starting point towards an industry
standard qualification such as the British Fluid Power Association Industrial Hydraulics Level 1 Certificate.
Whether you are in maintenance or engineering, you can count on quality hydraulic training by Rexroth. This is
ideal for first response maintenance teams and multi-skilled work forces.

Participants should have a mechanical engineering background but this is not essential

To impart a basic understanding of maintenance hydraulics

There are no training presentations/manuals with the Service Engineer panel overviews
Customer travel and subsistence cost if training is delivered at a Bosch Rexroth site
Equipment transport costs via courier where incurred and will be charged at cost
Courses conducted outside normal working hours will be surcharged at an additional 50%
Air flights, ferrys and car hire are charged at cost at the time of the course where incurred
Booking courses.

Lead time for courses is normally 8 weeks from order placement.


Completion and return of our course booking form or confirmation email will be considered
as acceptance and places will then be reserved or dates allocated as required
Cancellation of courses, booked with a purchase order number will be charged up to 100%
None attendance of course will be charged at 100%

We reserve the right to amend any prices or conditions quoted in this catalogue without
