flow specifically designed for laser applications.

How does the ultracool work?

The water to be chilled passes through the heat
exchangers, which are cooled by a separate
refrigeration unit.
The refrigerant gases used are the environmentally
friendly and highly efficient R-134a or R-407C
depending on the chiller size and the energy saving
design of the refrigerant circuit reduces consumption
depending on the heat load.
The ultracool laser is a compact unit equipped with
high temperature stability system delivering 0,7C
cold water temperature, 5 bar stainless steel
centrifugal water pump and a water storage tank to
ensure the best temperature stability.

Less than 10 kg refrigerant circuits to fulfill the most
restrictive regulations.(until UC-240)
Energy saving control system to stop the compressor
when there is no heat load combined with
compressors scroll technology to reduce power
consumption.
Low noise level thanks to the low sound fan design
combined with the compressor scroll technology.
Housing in galvanized steel and externally coated
with epoxy resin: Corrosion resistant even in
aggressive environments.
Protection degree IP54: Suitable for outdoors
installation.
Inside water connections with manual valves and
hose carriers: No further assembly required.
Completely Plug&Play.
Pump completely in stainless steel: High resistance
against corrosion.
Water filter integrated: keeps water free of particles.
Refrifluid B (bactericide + anticorrosive): Protection
for the chiller and the application.
Evaporator in stainless steel AISI 316L and no iron
material in the water circuit for even higher corrosion
resistance.
Water pipes made in thermowelded PP-R: Leak and
corrosion free (from 0300 to 0650).
Large cold water tank of PE: Keeps water
temperature constant even under changing heat load
conditions.
Control circuit at 24V AC with transformer included
and all motors protected with circuit breakers.
Free of voltage contacts for remote on/off and
external alarm.
Antifreeze thermostat for evaporator protection.
Two refrigerant pressure gauges indicating high and
low pressures in the refrigerant circuits: Easy to
service (from 0300 to 0650).
Inlet and outlet water pressure gauges: Easy
adjustment and maintenance.
Water outlet temperature indicator and controller.
Oversized condenser: Low power consumption.
Level switch: Pump protection in case of lack of
water.
Internal by-pass (only SP): Allows any water flow
from 0% to 100%.
