JOB DESCRIPTION

UT co-ordination and cross-checking.

Requesting Permit to work and conducting pre-safety meet with the crew members.
UT Flaw Detection check on pressure vessels & raw materials.
UT Lamination check on raw materials of pressure vessel and process piping.
Corrosion survey of vessels and pipe lines.
UT thickness survey on raw materials and equipment.
Finding surface defects in weld joints and parent metal areas with PT and MPT.
Report preparation for UT, PT and MPT.
Eddy current testing on plates and material sorting.
Tube inspection using Eddy current.
Interpretation of drawings and other documents.
