Management Information System :

Management information system, or MIS, broadly refers to a computer-based system that


provides managers with the tools to organize, evaluate and efficiently manage departments
within an organization.
Bank Of Punjab:

based products are revolving around Bank of Punjab on the basis of which it is doing its business
in the banking industry
ATM (Automated Teller Machine) An electronic banking outlet, which allows customers

to complete basic transactions without the aid of a branch representative or teller.


SMS Banking SMS banking is a type of mobile banking, a technology-enabled service offering
from banks to its customers, permitting them to operate selectedbanking services over their
mobile phones using SMSmessaging.
Phone Banking Telephone banking is a service provided by a bank or other financial institution, that
enables customers to perform a range of financial transactions over the telephone,

Customer Relationship Management Softwares Customer relationship management (CRM) is


an approach tomanaging a company's interaction with current and future customers. It often
involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales,
marketing, customer service, and technical support.
Internet Banking: an electronic payment system that enables customers of a financial institution to
conduct financial transactions on a website operated by the institution\

Debit Card : a card allowing the holder to transfer money electronically from their bank
account when making a purchase.

through which customer can easily do Fund Transfer ,bill payment ,Mobile top ups by the use of ATM or
Phone Banking services.

Management information system is essential for business development. There are many benefits that can
be obtained from the business owner application of information systems. To be able to keep compete with
competitors will require a good and reliable management information systems. Information system
