general exhaust systems, mechanical and natural gas piping, and electrical main distribution systems.

Motivated by meeting and mastering all scheduling milestones, including Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and Final Certificate of Occupancy turnover dates to delivery project to client specifications.
GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Fab 8.1; Malta, NY, 2009-2012
Controlled and directed all aspects of project management for state-of-the-art, $4.2B manufacturing facility and
wafer foundry at the Luther Forest Technology Campus in Saratoga County, NY. Project scope included: providing
emergency rescue, SWPPP inspections, management of excavation, soil compaction, inspection of concrete for
underground utilities and duct banks, footings and slab on grade.
Key Accomplishments
Led, mentored and supervised civil, structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical contractors in the Central Utility Building (124,430 gsf). The 1.327 million-square-foot facility is the only independently managed
semiconductor manufacturing foundry in the United States. The facility includes 270,000 gsf of cleanroom
space.

Led strategic project direction which included analyzing and evaluating the status of above-ceiling utilities,
implementing a work-to-complete list, and developing a computerized schedule.
