(I read many time, but I forgotten the answer for the question?) Dr. Corn berg,
a scientist, found that the neurons in a brain are active due to particular acid
called RNA. There are two compartments of neuron, so memory power
a. Active neuron(permanent memory): interesting concept stuffs in this
compartment
b. Passive neuron (temporary memory): unimportant go to passive neurons,
people get forget if the massages transfer in this compartment.
c. People forget: 50% -in 60 min, 75% in 6 days, 80% in 30 days, thus only 20
% remembered for long time.
The memory is like a muscle , the more you use it, the stronger its tone.

During 4-9 or 5-9 AM the neuron would be fresh to receive and absorbs 100% of
intake. Because the freshness of having had the sleep that makes the neurons
sharp. It means, 2 sleep times can be beneficial. Neuron becomes fresh after every
awakening.
# Be free from past incomplete ( it is terrorist), still problem, say yourself I will
see this in latter
# Student cannot concentrate after 3 hour continuous study.
# More than 3 hr study continuously is not advisable.
# Neuron not responds after 2 hour study
# Make 2 dawn hour in a day (night/after lunch)
# Neurons become fresh after a good sleep.
# Sleep within a minute by self hypnotism. Self hypnotism- start giving auto
suggestion yourself as I am gong to a deep sleep, I am entering a pleasant state
of mind , practice is required.
# If possible, after awakening, create an early morning atmosphere and start
study.
# After studying long period, dont relax yourself by watching TV, it causes more
strain to your eyes and brain.
# To relax from strenuous studies, go for physical activity like gardening, help mom
at kitchen, wash bicycle, car, study place-table( for making good atm at study
place).etc.
3. Recollection :
(Readmemorize---but not recollect in the exam?)
Brain and Traffic
# recollecting several time unimportant things resists recollecting the subject.
Because active neurons are filled with unimportant unwanted (not related to
subject ex film) discussed with his friend, not permit to recollect the subject.
# Advice- make interest and practice recalling. How- before going to sleep,
while bathing, while traveling in school bus, means whenever time permit try
to recollect the subject.
# if the student gives important to unimportant things , the electromagnetic
pathways get jumped with unnecessary traffic of thought. On other hand if he
does not acquire knowledge constantly, the unused road would be ruined by
lethargy. Thats why it is said-An idle mans brain is a devils workshop. So to
avoid these thing student should continuously reading and recollecting is
required.
# Time management helps brain tension free, free from brain traffic jam.
4. Creativity: Quality doing/writing in exam
It makes the person best among best, what requires today

Conclusion:
Each and every thing would be possible in short time, if you take the help from
your creator almighty God. So invite him for every beginning.
