New Delhi, August 31, 2015: CHD Developers Ltd. (CHD or the Company), one of North
India's most recognized mid income residential real estate brand, allotted units to 500
families in Karnals first Affordable Housing Project, CHD Karnal Homes, which is a project
by CHD Developers, under Haryana Governments Affordable Housing Policy 2013. A total
of 500 numbers of 1 & 2 BHK units allotted through Draw of Lots in phase 1 on August 27,
2015. The allotment proceedings were facilitated in the presence of committee members of
Estate Officer on behalf of DC, DTP, STP and representative of CHD Developers Ltd.
The project was launched in January 2015 with a starting price of Rs. 13.35 lakhs. CHD
Karnal Homes is a part of the sprawling CHD City township in Sector 45, Karnal. Residents of
CHD Karnal Homes will also be able to avail amenities of the CHD City township.
