CALCULATION

The purpose of this job is to pump Nitrogen (N2) to swab fluids by decreasing density (increasing differential pressure yet reducing hydrostatic
pressure) of fluid in wellbore, therefore fluid will easily to the surface.

Do confirmation to Company Representative on loc about the "temporary production tank" if well flowing.
Ensure line "ablasan" already connected & Production Line is already set to the temporary production tank or the closest SP.
Ensure Production Equipment (Manifold, Separator, Test Tank, etc) are ready on loc if production test will be conducted.
Ensure Vacum Truck is ready on location if the SP is quite far from loction.

1 Spot Unit (CTU, N2 Pump, N2 Tank) on location.

2 Conduct Pre-job safety meeting with all crew involve for CTU job.
- Perform Re-Check area using gas Detector (if required).
- Risk assesment and job safety analysis.
3 R/U CTU and perform fuction test :
a. Perform CT BOP Test, close the blind ram, test equalizing port and test the blind ram to 3500 psi for 5 minutes. Bleed off pressure.
b. Spot the injector head and stab the CT. Make up BHA with Nozzle.
c. Pull tools into stuffing box and apply 5000 lbs. To check weight indicator and the tool connection.
d. RU CT injector onto the CT's BOP.
e. Run the CT onto the CT BOP's pipe ram.
f. Close the pipe ram of CT's BOP. Test the CT at maximum pressure of 3500 psi.
g. Test stripper. Close stripper, open pipe ram equalizing port, increase pressure if required to test the stripper pack off system.
h. Bleed off pressure from flow tee to zero. Calibrate the depth.
4 Once CT has been tested, equalize pressure across swab valve. Open well and begin run into well.
5 RIH CT slowly (40-80 ft/minute), always watch the weight indicator, and perform pull test every 500 ft.
6 Start pump N2 rate 300 scfm to check fluid level thru increasing circulating pressure significantly.
If found fluid level, cont pump N2 for Kick off fluid from string with N2 rate 400 - 500 scfm.
7 Record annulus CT until return continues from the well, standby CT at that depth.
If necessary, cont RIH to 2400.5 m (Packer) with N2 rate 300 - 500 scfm, ensure for the respond from formation (flowing/not).
8 POOH CT with continue pump N2 150 scfm to surface.
9 Rig Down CTU, Job Completed.
