Increased annual revenues from $250,000 to over $2.5 Million.

Grew client base from 20 agencies to over 100 agencies. Accomplished through
meetings with CEOs and administrative staff, aggressive marketing campaigns, office
presentations and creating brand recognition in the marketplace.

Corporate Acquisition:

Negotiated the Acquisition of HBS Title, Inc. which enabled the company to tap into the
title insurance sector and grow by 25%.

IT Advancement:

Spearheaded the development of a robust IT infrastructure, and acquired all hardware

and software needed to create a paperless environment. Major initiative that saved
$100,000 over a 5 year period.
Evaluated and acquired new technologies and managed IT vendors to ensure rapid,
efficient and economical delivery of products to clientele.

Human Resources:


Project Management:

Enhanced team capacity via talent acquisition and hiring within the company, building
staff from 2 employees to 20 employees, with an over 90% retention rate of the
professional staff.
Introduced a 401K and retirement program. Managed all employee and executive
compensation and benefit packages.
Created and directed the employee training programs and employee manual.
Formulated the company payroll structure and managed the payroll service vendor.
Prepared the annual budget and financial forecasts. Analyzed the monthly financial
reports adjusting budget projections as necessary.
Handled the daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and purchasing.
Supervised the order intake process, billing, and inventory control.

Cost Saving Strategy:

Negotiated with the facility property owner to allow an outside vendor to install
telecommunications equipment for the entire building. Subsequently, generated a 50%
monthly decrease in telephone and internet expenses along with increasing efficiency.

Office Expansion:

Directed an initiative to double office space and, lowered rental square footage
expenses by 12%. Office expansion saved $10,000+ annually eliminating offsite storage.
Acquired satellite office space in the fastest growing county in Northern Virginia,
