for Puja for the year 2010-2011 has been accounted for.

iii)

Certified true copy of the ATR against complaint lodged in respect to the
aforesaid collection of Donation Puja 2010-11.

iv)

Certified true copy of the MOM of the AGM and/or Board Meeting in which
proposal for the Puja Committee for the year 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013,
2013-2014 were placed and passed as per the WBCS Act and the Rules.

v)

Certified true copy of the audited accounts of the Society in which the collection
for Puja for the year 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014 have been accounted
for.

vi)

Certified true copy of the permissions received from the Sub-Divisional Office for
organising Puja for the year 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 in
Bidisha by the Society or under supervision of the Society.
