I am a highly focused and motivated training consultant with 22 years experience to date. I specialise in the training of FTSE
500 companies globally in IT, Infrastructure, Sales, and business Information systems. With a proven track record in Learning
and Development, I bring organisations added value by utilising a number of key models which are aligned to business
specific objectives (these include ADDIE, SAM, Kirk Patrick, Bloom and Kolb models). Capable of delivering high impact
courses, seminars (instructor led and online) as well designing and developing high quality e-learning modules which cater to
a diverse multi-disciplinary audience, in essence, I take business intelligence obtained from key stakeholder engagements
and then craft their thoughts and visions into an achievable strategy whilst, delivering results, maximum levels of customer
satisfaction and return on investment, consistently.

Role Responsibilities
Upon arriving at MeetingZone Ltd. my duties were:
To design and build the MeetingZone global training strategy through the engagement of senior stakeholders and
executive management.
To track and monitor all training engagements against specific learning objectives.
To implement a strategy that enabled the planning and management of future learning programmes. (Headlights)
To design, build and develop high quality training programmes and supporting content for all products and services.
To design, develop and manage the on-boarding of new employees, evaluating all aspects of progress.
To design, develop and implement a certification programme, tracking participant progress whilst setting new
standards.
To design, develop and implement high quality E-learning content that can be utilised by both internal and external
customers. In addition to the designing of the hosting platform upon which, the materials will be deployed.
To assess and modify all programme, materials and learning objectives as and when the corporate strategy changes.
Role Achievements
January 2013 to May 2013: Carried out a skills gap analysis of 130 staff (via online questionnaire and interviews), in order
to establish the strengths and weaknesses of the existing workforce regarding Cisco WebEx EE and MeetingZone
products and services (bench marking). Utilised ADDIE, Kirk Patrick and Kolb models in order to achieve success.
May 2013: Introduced a certification programme which utilised an online exam solution called Test Generator. This
solution certified the knowledge of all global sales staff in the WebEx product suite. This new benchmark enabled staff to
engage with customers competently and credibly whilst raising the businesses profile in service delivery. As a result,
during the sales period 2013 to 2014 revenue increased from 950K per calendar month to 1.12m per month.
May 2013 to July 2015: Developed a role specific learning and development framework consisting of ILT / workshops
eLearning, and training videos. All of which were designed to enhance the confidence, competence and skill capabilities
of all staff globally in a variety of MeetingZone products and services. This newly acquired knowledge aided business
performance. Revenue increased substantially, as did the levels of customer engagement, and retention.
June 2014 to March 2015: Managed Microsoft accreditation programme in order for MZ to achieve a number of Gold
Partner business critical objectives. Tasked with managing the learning of 9 pre-sales engineers and 5 sales specialists, I
was required to co-ordinate and navigate all parties through the Microsoft competency framework in order to achieve
numerous Gold Partner status accreditations essential to the UC arm of the of business. Project delivered on time.
June 2014 to July 2015: E-learning modules were created in multiple languages with the assistance of international team
members whilst utilising Adobe Captivate as the creation editor. These interactive modules; with assessments built in,
enabled learners; business wide, to acquire new knowledge with greater ease and efficiency than ever before, this lead to
enhancements in business performance, greater knowledge adoption and application. Customer satisfaction increased
to 96% (previously 79%), whilst referral figures grew by an additional 43%. (Customer Survey June 2015).
July 2014: Presenting to the CTO of Cisco WebEx EMEA (to which MeetingZone are a partner). The presentation designed
and delivered, enhanced the relationship whilst boosting levels of trust and belief in our service delivery capability. The
presentation marked a turning point in our relationship with Cisco. The results of which lead to the securing of 200,000
worth of new business overnight (250 new leads requiring training and consultancy). Furthermore, MeetingZones
European market status over the next 12 months changed from 54th to 4th. Training strategies, enhancements to
customer deployments and additional coaching and training related activities, were hugely instrumental in this
achievement and were acknowledge by board level executives.

Role Responsibilities
Upon arriving at Jimmy Choo my duties were:
To consult with senior managers and product managers to identify global training needs relating to a new online
procurement system that was being developed.
To draw up an overall global training plan / strategy for all divisions and personnel impacted by the project
To produce materials of the highest quality for this bespoke in-house project. Quick reference guides /Operator manuals
To engage with and work alongside key stakeholders and product specialists across the organisation
To evaluate the success of both individual trainings and the overall programme taking responsibility for alterations and
improvements.
Role Achievements
August 2012: Implemented an ADDIE model project strategy in order to assess the project requirements and ascertain
the overall learning objectives and deliverables over the next 6 months.
September 2012: Worked alongside programme director and product development team members in order to closely
monitor the features, functions and processes which would ultimately form part of the end user experience, trainings
and materials.
September 2012: Positioned both ideas and suggestions of how the product could be improved, thus enhancing the
end user experience, whilst reducing the amount of time required to process the order.
October 2012: Hosted numerous workshops both locally and internationally; utilising the Cisco WebEx TrainingCenter
solution, in order to deliver end user training to the Jimmy Choo workforce. Estimated savings 15,000
November 2012: Certified the knowledge of all employees tasked with using the newly designed and developed
procurement system using online exam solution Test Generator. (Added value automated administration functionality)
January 2013: Project review and handover to the Jimmy Choo project delivery team. Project delivered 25,000 under
budget and 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
