Changeling the Lost: Glamour Harvest Rules Hack

- These House Rules are both derived from various House Rules found online, and inspired by
the optional rules found in the Rites of Spring book and the Dreams of Delirium fan-supplement.
Storytellers are free to use some or all of the hacks as they please.

Ambient Emotions:
> A changeling can roll her Wyrd as a dice pool to harvest glamour from the emotional resonance
of a crowd.
> Successive rolls after the first can be made at a cumulative -1 penalty in a scene.
> Bonuses from harvesting a Court's signature emotion apply (Desire for Spring, Fear for
Autumn, etc.)
> Harvesting ambient emotions risks Glamour Rush.
-+Clarity:
> Harvesting glamour from others without a pledge is a Breaking Point against Clarity 9.
> Harvesting Glamour via Reaping is a Breaking Point against Clarity 6.
-+Conditions / Derangements:
> Any time a changeling harvests Glamour from a target currently suffering from an active
derangement, the changeling must roll Resolve + Composure.
> Failure in 1E means that one of the changeling's own derangements becomes active for the
scene; if the changeling does not possess a derangement, then he suffers the target's active
derangement instead.
> Failure in 2E instead inflicts a Condition appropriate to the glamour's emotional resonance.
-+Glamour Addict:
> A Changeling may gain this Condition if he suffers Glamour Rush exceeding his Willpower
dots in a day.
> A Resolve + Composure roll penalized by the Changeling's Wyrd is made to avoid this
condition. Each subsequent roll after the first inflicts an additional -1 penalty, to a maximum of
5.
> An exceptional success in a roll removes any prior penalties.
-+Glamour Fading:
> For every 24 hours spent out of the Hedge, Changelings lose a point of glamour.
> This interval is halved (rounded up) for every dot of Wyrd above 5, to a minimum of 1 hour

> A Changeling reduced to 0 glamour suffers a point of resistant bashing damage when he would
normally lose glamour. This damage begins to heal once has made a successful harvest.
> A Changeling reduced to 0 glamour suffers a penalty to all non-reflexive actions equal to half
his Wyrd (rounded up).
-+Glamour Hunger:
> A Changeling reduced to a third of his glamour pool (rounded down) must roll Resolve +
Composure at a penalty equal to half his Wyrd (rounded up).
> Failure means he is forced to attempt a harvest roll, regardless of the circumstances.
-+Harvest [Courts]
> A Changeling who harvests from his Court's signature emotion gains extra glamour equal to
half his dots in Mantle (rounded up).
> This extra glamour does not count towards Glamour Rush.
-+Harvest [Reaping]
> A Changeling can reap glamour from other Lost, as well as hobgoblins, True Fae, and other
creatures of the Wyrd with a touch action and a successful Wits + Wyrd vs Wyrd.
> A dramatic failure siphons from the changeling additional glamour equal to his Wyrd into the
intended target.
> Reaping glamour from Tokens is done with a Wits + Wyrd roll penalized by the Token's dot
rating.
> If a Token is reaped of glamour equal to its dot rating, it is destroyed.
-+Mortals:
> A mortal who's had glamour harvested from her equal to her Willpower may suffer from Ennui.
> Roll Resolve + Composure whenever he is harvested while under Ennui. Failure means she
loses one Willpower point.
> A Mortal in Ennui also suffers Nightmares (Rites of Spring) and Depersonalization.
> If a mortal runs out of Willpower while in Ennui, she gains a more severe form of
Depersonalization. (Dreams of Delirium)
> The effects of Ennui persist until she has managed to get a good night's rest.
-+Pledges:

> Harvesting Glamour as part of a pledge's boon does not trigger ennui to mortals, or glamour
rush to Changelings.
-+Supernaturals:
> All supernaturals can make a reflexive Wits + Composure roll to sense that they are being
targeted for a glamour harvest.
-+Supernatural Types:
> [Sin-Eater]
- Double successes as glamour.
- For every (11 - Psyche) points of glamour harvested, roll Resolve + Composure. Failure
imposes the Madness Condition.
- Apply half of (10 - Synergy), rounded up, as a penalty to the roll.
> [Ghosts]
- Harvests yield glamour capped by the Ghost's Morality.
> [Promethean]
- Harvests yield one point of glamour every (11 - Humanity) successes.
- A Promethean at Humanity 0 cannot be harvested for glamour.
> [Vampire]
- Harvests yield glamour capped by the Vampire's Humanity.
> [Werewolf]
- Double successes when harvesting glamour from anger, but roll Resolve + Composure to avoid
berserker state.
- Apply a penalty based on the Werewolf's Harmony. This maxes at -5 on Harmony 0 and 10.
-+Sup on Agony: (Armory Reloaded, p.163_
> If a changeling makes an attack that inflicts more damage than the target's Stamina, or the
attack marks enough boxes on the victim's Health character to cause wound penalties, the
changeling's player can immediately roll Wits + Empathy to harvest Glamour as a reflexive
action.
> Changelings cannot harvest Glamour from each other in this manner, though they can take
Glamour from the emotions of other supernatural beings.
> Whether any of the Court bonuses (especially fear or wrath, though desire is hardly out of the
question) apply is up to the Storyteller.

The Hedge [Passive]

> A Changeling in the Hedge gains 1 point of glamour every 24 hours.
> A Changeling in a Hollow gains 1 point of glamour every 4 hours.
> These intervals are halved (rounded up), to a minimum of 1 hour (fifteen minutes in a Hollow).
-+The Hedge: [Active]
> A Changeling in the Hedge can spend Willpower to roll her Wyrd + Clarity for harvesting
ambient glamour from the Hedge.
> Successive rolls after the first can be made at a cumulative -1 penalty.
> This method of harvesting - while rewarding - is both taxing and dangerous.
> A Changeling's Composure is halved (rounded down) for the purpose of Glamour Rush.
> Harvesting prompts a Breaking Point roll for Changelings penalized by half the Changeling's
Wyrd (rounded up).
> Harvesting ambient glamour from the Hedge acts like a beacon to True Fae, hobgoblins, and
Hedgebeasts.
> They gain a cumulative +1 bonus to tracking rolls for every (11 - Wyrd) glamour harvested by
the Changeling.
> This tracking bonus fades at a rate of one penalty every [Wyrd] days in the Hedge, or [Wyrd]
hours spent out of it.
