The determination to make a difference in the lives of children is one the main reasons that I feel I
am the right type of person to teach overseas. Being patient, open to new ideas and concepts,
creativity and versatility are additional traits that help to make me a great candidate to teach
overseas.

My first approach to dealing with a workplace dispute would be to attempt to speak with my co-
worker or supervisor in a respectful manner to dissolve the situation. If that didn¶t work, I would
then seek counsel from administration to bring all of us together to resolve the issue.

The constant evolution of technology is wonderful. If I began to feel homesick or lonely I would
use the internet communicate with my family via skype. This would allow me to atleast see my
friends and family whenever I felt homesick. In my spare time I would also volunteer my time and
talents with local community organizations/initiatives.

My goal, while in Korea, is not only to help shape tomorrow¶s global citizens. I plan to learn all
that I can about Asian culture, martial arts and how Korea markets itself the rest of the world.
