Experience:
I was an employee of Sunmicrosystems located in Burlington MA for eight years as a
customer support engineer. My current position is now a field support engineer for
DecisionOne located in Devon PA. I have supported the New Orleans area for the past
year.

I work well with others and have no problem with adjusting to clientele. I have supported

At my current position with DecisionOne, my responsibilities are to support and

Provided technical support to Global users, resolved technical questions regarding network
printing and network access. Troubleshot and repaired network failures such as cables and
routers. Performed backups ufsdump cpio Netbackup, tar, analyzed Explorer Data of network
operating systems. Installed TCP/IP software and setup IP addresses, installed patches and
firmware, troubleshoot and repaired systems failures and application errors. Resolved
connectivity issues in both remote access and on the LAN/WAN networks, repaired systems
hardware and software failures, and setup network printing. Upgraded patch and firmware
workstation, systems files and performed systems updates/ down loaded of third party windows
security patches and fixes.

Raytheon Corp. December (1989 - May 1997)

Responsible for technical support, diagnosing, and solving test system problems in the R&D
department. Installed and configured test station computers, using program to run automated
wafer probe and package devices for high tech devices. Designed and build test fixtures, also
build prototype circuits for the engineering lab. I configured lab computers so results would be
recorded daily. We also conduct Environment study's on wafer and Package devices at
commercial and Military Specification. Collected data on all devices type, and stored results on
meg tape to study the results of the current, voltage, and switching speed of Micro circuits.
Responsible for backing up data and restoring the test Labs Main frames due to power outages.
Worked on Patriot and Hawk Missile Devices and many other chip types.

BTU Engineering (1987-1989)

System Tech responsible for Semiconductor Wafer Fab Furnaces. Maintained systems software
updates on all computer systems, repaired boatloaders,Gas electronics, and Source Cabinet issue.
Repair cabling, IO device Modules, failures in wiring diagrams according to specification.
Created user accounts, email accounts and email distribution lists using active directory, resolved
robotic programming issues and performed routine checks and maintenance on wafer furnace
production

Installed and configured Solaris 7,8 on both Sun sparc workstations and Intel based computers
