INTERMEDIATE PART-I ANNUAL EXAMINATION, 2013
INTRODUCTION
Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Gujranwala was established in 1982 with its jurisdiction over six districts i.e. Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Mandi Baha-ud-Din, Narowal and
Sialkot, under the Punjab Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education Act 1976.
The Intermediate Part I (Annual) Examination 2013 commenced on 04-06-2013 and the written/theory papers ended on 19-06-2013. Total No. of candidates applied for admission to this
Examination were 95879.The result is being declared on 22-10-2013.

1. PROCLAMATION
(i) This Result Gazette is issued as a notice only. Errors and Omissions are excepted. Any entry appearing herein does not independently confer any right or privilege to the candidates for the grant
of a certificate which will be issued in due course of time under the regulations.
(ii) The result of all candidates whether successful or otherwise is being published for convenience of all concerned.
(iii) The numerical figures given in the result column show the marks obtained by the successful candidates while the
abbreviations show the subjects in the result column of gazette in which the candidates obtained less than pass marks.

2. CANCELLED ROLL NUMBERS

The roll numbers of the candidates sent up provisionally by the institutions but finally withdrawn or of those candidates who were found in-eligible for any other reason have also been
cancelled.

3. CHANCE TO REAPPEAR IN PART I

Those candidates:Who appeared in the Intermediate Annual Examination 2013 in full subjects and got less than pass marks in the subject/s may appear with Intermediate Part-II (Annual) Examination, 2014.

4. RESULT LATER CASES

This time, successful efforts have been made to reduce the number of result later cases to negligible percentage. However, some results of those candidates are pending who inspite of repeated
reminders have failed to remove discrepancies.
i. Non-adjustment of fee accounts
ii. Non-determination of their eligibility.
iii. Any other discrepancy already intimated to them.
All such candidates are advised in their own interest to deposit the arrears of fee, if any and to comply with other requirements already intimated without further delay, otherwise the office
would not be able to release result intimations.

Result intimations to the successful and failed regular candidates have been dispatched to their respective institutions under registered cover.
Result intimations to the successful and failed private candidates have been dispatched ordinary at their provided addresses.
Private candidates can get a duplicate intimation result card on an application within the period of 60 days.

i.

All Enquiries regarding result of regular candidates should be addressed to the Heads of their respective institutions and not to the Controller of Examinations.
All Enquiries regarding result of private candidates of part I may be addressed to the Assistant Controller of Examinations (Inter Part-I) call on phone No. 055-9200752 Ext:179.

ii.

The Enquiries regarding adjustment of dues such as examination fee etc. may be addressed to the Assistant Secretary (Finance), or call on Phone No. 9200752-756 Ext:125, Gujranwala.
