1. Uploading System:

1) What is Uploading?

Uploading means to transfer the data, file, videos or images to the

main server.
You can upload anything to the blog also, but there are some basic
Difference between uploading videos, document and the imags.

2) How to upload youtube videos to the blog?

Wordpress blog allows you to upload your video to the blog.

To upload the video, you must have the email ID in youtube.
ex: anyvideo.youtube.com

Then, go to youtube. Open your video and just copy the code

ex : http:youtube.sachin.com

Paste CODE to the post area. After then you will have the access
of the youtube video from the Wordpress.

You can upload many videos, but every time you have to go
through the same process.

3) How to upload images to the blog?

Wordpress blog allows you to upload images to the blog.

Go to the new post and give post name and upload images
through pressing image icon. After uploding the images and define
the size of the images and Save Changes.

4) How to upload Presentation to the blog?

Wordpress blog allows you to upload your ppt presentation to the

 blog.

For this, you have to host your presentation from

www.slideshare.com by opening the account in it. After then, you
just upload your pdf there. Copy the Code which shown under the
presentation and paste it to the wordpress post.

5) How to upload Pdf to the blog?

Wordpress blog allows you to upload your pdf to the blog.

For this, you have to host your presentation from www.scribd.com

by opening the account in it.

After then, you just upload your pdf there. Copy the code which
mention under the PDF and it to the wordpress post.

2. Detailing of Categories :

1) Gallery: In this category images/ Videos and Audio are sub categories
of the Gallery.

- Videos: Any videos relates to news, features, documentaries,

advertisements will come to this category

(Videos must not be downloaded from somewhere. It must be created

by NIMCJ)

- Audio: Any audio relates to news, features, documentaries,

advertisements will to this category

(Audio must not be downloaded from somewhere. It must be

created by NIMCJ. Film Songs must not be uploaded in the Blog)

2) India: In this new category news contain has the national value.

- Jai Jawaan: News related to Army will come to this category

- Jai Kisaan: News related to Farming & Farmers will come to this
category
- Jai Vigyaan: News related to sciece will come to this category

3) News: In this category news related to…

 - Gujarat: A news section that has state value
- World: A news section that has global value
- Sport: A news section that has sport value.

4) Others: In this category of other activities. It is the section up

uploading the poems, scripts, stories featuress etc. things.

5) Presentation: In this category to upload ppt prepared by NIMCJ

students on the particular topic.

6) Press Note: In this category student can upload press note. The
press not in the pdf format for (Gujarati, Hindi & English) should be
uploaded in the blog.

3. What is Top rated Posts?

Top rated post is the section in the blog, which will show you the most
rating posts in the
blog. It appears in the top of right side of the blog.

4. What is recently uploaded Posts?

Recently uploaded post is the section in the blog, which will show you the
recently uploaded in the blog. It appears below the top rated post.

5. What is Tags?

Tag means to the key word which come in the article. The tags much be
too specific.
ex. Schin Hits 200 in ODI against South Africa
Tag : Schin, South Africa, ODI.

6. What is the Poll?

Poll means the openion. It is the section that appears in the bottom of the
sidebar.
You can create the different question going to the poll option and giving
the new to that option.
ex. Schin Hits 200 in ODI against South Africa
Tag : Schin, South Africa, ODI.
7. What is an archieves?

It is the databank of the blog. You can store your most researched
document.
It can also be used as a older, but an important data, which must be
stored on the blog somewhere.
