charge. A pollution collection system with aluminium strips provides a negative electrical field which attracts these particles.
The result is an air clean with an efficiency up to 95% (Cetiat certificate). The filtered air lets it being directly recycled into the
utilisation area without any calorific loss or reduction in air quality.

Photocatalytic oxidation is todays technology for controlling
pollutants in our environment.
The oxidating properties of titanium dioxide (TiO2) under

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

1 Orders
- All orders automatically entail acceptance of these general terms of
sale supplemented, where applicable, by our special conditions. Any
contrary conditions, which may be stipulated by the purchaser in his
own general terms of purchase, on his order forms, in his correspondence, are cancelled by these terms and are deemed as non-existent as
far as we are concerned.
- Orders that are sent to us are always subject to our approval; we must
justify any refusal to honour an order within thirty days after the order
has been placed.
Accepted orders cannot be cancelled, even partially, without
approval from us in writing.
For special executions, no modifications to the order shall be
accepted.
The information mentioned in catalogues, instructions, schedules
and other non-contractual documents are provided only for the
purposes of information and we cannot be held liable.
transport is organised by the purchaser, custody will be transferred to

his carrier before loading of the products in our warehouses.
- The purchaser undertakes to receive the products on the premises and
on the date that we shall provide the purchaser with. In the event of
failure of the purchaser, delivery and all of the effects thereof shall be
deemed as having occurred on this date.
- Delivery lead times are provided only as an indication, any non-compliance with the latter cannot result in any late penalties or cancellation
of the order, or a delayed payment.
- Any additional costs resulting from a delay beyond our control in
executing a delivery shall be borne by the purchaser.
- Acts of God, demonstrations, war, strikes, lock-outs, epidemics, lack of
materials, fire, flood, equipment accidents and all other causes resulting
in the total or partial shutdown of factories, to which are remitted our
orders, relieves us from the obligation of having to supply the products
for which manufacture is suspended.
2 Price
- The applicable price shall be either that indicated in our offer or,
for routine products kept in stock, that mentioned in the current rates
applicable on the date of order.
- This price shall be firm as long as delivery takes place with a maximum
period of one month from when the order was placed. In the event this
period is exceeded for a reason that is beyond our control, the new rates
in effect or, for specific products, the new prices that apply will be communicated to the purchaser who, unless disagreement is expressed
within eight days, will be deemed as having accepted them.
- This price does not include Tax, ex-works, unless agreed upon otherwise. Packaging is determined and prepared by us, unless agreed upon
otherwise, and cannot be returned.
To the total amount of the merchandise, mentioned on each
invoice, shall be added fees of which the amount can be communicated to the purchaser if the latter so requests.
3 Payment
- Our invoices must be paid in cash upon delivery, unless a special
agreement is made between the parties. In this latter case, any payment
made before the due date mentioned on the invoice can benefit from
a discount of which the rate shall be indicated to the purchaser.
- We reserve the right to request a deposit representing at least 30% of
the price of the order. In the event the customer cancels the order
without approval from us in writing, the deposit collected shall remain
ours, without prejudice of full payment of the price corresponding to
the portion of the order already executed.
- In the event of a partial delivery, no delivery or postponement of the
balance can delay payment for the portion delivered.
- Likewise, if a dispute or a difference in the amount or due date is
established, this may only give rise to a credit note or a partial payment
as jointing agreed by our accounting department, but under no
circumstances for non-payment on the due date.
- Any invoice, for which we have not received a request for a duplicate
within a period of one month after delivery, shall be deemed as having
been received by the purchaser.
- Generally, an invoice that is not paid by the due date or commercial
paper that is not returned within the legal timeframe can result in the
suspension of the execution and of the delivery of all orders in progress.
- In the event an instalment is entirely or partially unpaid, late interest
will automatically be invoiced, starting from the original date of the
instalment, and this, until effective payment is made, based on the legal
interest rate plus 50% and a lump-sum fee of fifteen euros for administrative costs.
- Non-payment on the instalment date of an outstanding sum immediately renders all debts payable to our company, including those that
have not yet fallen due.
- In the event of collection through litigation, the amounts owed are
increased by 15% based on a penalty clause, with a minimum collection
of thirty euros.
4 Delivery
- Products are loaded under the responsibility of the person who causes
the vehicle to circulate.
- It is explicitly agreed that unloading on the delivery premises is
conducted exclusively under the responsibility and under the custody
of the purchaser, regardless of the participation provided in terms of
the unloading operations by our driver or by the driver of the carrier
selected by us.
- Transfer of the custody of the products shall occur on the buyer profile
upon arrival of the products in the purchaser's warehouses. However, if

- No claim for non-compliance or apparent defects on products will be

accepted after a period of eight days, starting from the day they are
received.
- In addition, the purchaser undertakes, in the event of a partial loss
or damage caused by transport to issue, within a period of three days
starting from the date the products are received, all justified reserves
against the carrier via registered letter with proof of delivery, otherwise
the claim may be rejected.
5 Warranty
Our devices are guaranteed against all material and manufacturing
defects for 1 to 5 years (according to the model) starting from the
invoice date (except consumable items). The warranty is limited to
replacing the defective part in our workshops and a tour expense.
This warranty applies only if the defective part or the entire device is
returned to us carriage and packaging paid. The warranty is invalid in
the event of damage caused by improper use of the device. The re-dispatching of devices is carried out carriage paid. No indemnity may be
requested for damages for any reason whatsoever.
6 Merchandise returns
- Returned merchandise is accepted only if we have authorised this
beforehand. Returns are made at the expense of the customer and
can only concern merchandise in perfect brand-new condition, in the
original packaging.
- Return merchandise is credited to the purchaser in the form of a credit
note that cannot be reimbursed.
- Manufactured parts (special executions) can never be returned.
7 Title retention
- We explicitly retain the title of the products sold until the day they are
fully paid for, with the stipulation that in terms of this clause, only actual
effective collection of cheques and commercial papers is considered to
be payment.
- Notwithstanding this clause, the goods sold are at the risks of the
purchaser as soon as they leave our factory.
- The purchaser also declares that he is perfectly aware of the Law no.
80335 of 12 May 1980.
8 Contract revision
- Any knowledge of a major change in the economic or financial situation of the purchaser, even after partial execution of the orders may
result in a revision top the conditions for executing the latter, as well as
the overall terms of credit granted to the purchaser.
- We also reserve the right to require, at any time, guarantees for the
settlement of our invoices.
9 Contract resolution
The sale shall be resolved automatically and without any formality other
than a simple formal notice sent to the purchaser and which has gone
unheeded for more than fifteen days, releasing us from the any obligation in the event of non-payment of an instalment at the agreed due
date, as well as in the event of non-compliance with any one of the obligations provided for in these general terms of sale or in the special
terms of sale.
10 Assignment of jurisdiction
In the event of dispute, the only jurisdiction recognized shall be the
commercial court of the head office of our company, even in the event
of multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
