PRE-ADMISSION ENTRY TEST

Step1

Creation of Admission Portal Account

Step2

Sign up in Admission Portal http://admissions.neduet.edu.pk by entering your personal

details and,valid and in-use email address.
Username and Password will be sent to you on your email.

Form Filling and Submission

i.

Sign-in the Admission Portal http://admissions.neduet.edu.pk using username &

password already provided to you through email.
ii. Fill in the details on each page.
iii. Upload the recent passport size photograph with white background.
iv. Following table provides details of eligibility for admission:

v. After having the data filled-in, Print the generated Fee Slip or Note down TransactionID
and the amount.

Step3

Payment of Fee
i.

Visit any branch of banks( SeeBank details available on website) and pay the fees
mentioningtransaction ID on deposit slip.

Step4

Issuance of Admit Card

i.

Upon confirmation of receipt of fee by the bank, Admit Card will be made available on
same Admission Portal within two working days.

B.

AFTER PRE-ADMISSION ENTRY TEST

Step-1
i.

Entry of HSC/Equivalent Marks at Admission Portal

Those candidates having qualified Pre-Admission Entry Test will be required to enter their
HSC/Equivalent examination aggregate marks on the admission portal using their username and
password latest by 07-09-2015.Candidates with foreign examinations are required to enter
the IBCC equivalency marks latest by07-09-2015.

ii.

Scanned Copy of HSC/IBCC equivalent Certificatewill be required to be uploaded on the same

admission portal latest by07-09-2015.

Step-2 Display of Data Record

i. Data Record of applications

will be displayed on the University Website

(http://www.neduet.edu.pk) on 11th September, 2015. Any applicant having his/her record needed
correction may contact Admission Office on or before 18th September, 2015.

Step-3

Display of Call / Merit List

The First Provisional Merit list for each category under Regular and Self Finance schemes will be
notified by the University on 23rd September, 2015. The list will be displayed on the University
Website.

Step-4
i.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Candidates whose name appeared on *Merit List will be called for Medical Examination. They
will be required to bring, two sets of attested photocopyof following documents along with
their originals at the time of medical examination:
1.

Admit Card of Pre-Admission Entry Test

Attested Photocopy

S.S.C or Equivalent Certificate and Marks Certificate

Attested Photocopy

3.

HSC or Equivalent Mark Certificate

Original to be retained

4.

IBCC Equivalent Certificate (For Foreign examinations)

ii.

Candidates for Hafiz-e-Quran test should bring their original and a copy of the Hifz-e-Quran
Certificate at the time of Hafiz-e-Quran test on 31-08-2015.

CANDIDATES FOR SPORTS CATEGORY

i.

Candidate applying under sports category shall be required to send their documents/sports
certificate(s) through courier service at the following address:
REGISTRAR,
NED University of Engineering & Technology,
University Road, Karachi-75270.

ii.

Documents should reach to this office latest by 07-09-2015. Mark the top left of the envelope
as Admission 2015-16,Sports Category. Also mention Application Form Serial No. on the
envelope.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i.

Any candidate who may desire to apply for any additional category after issuance of Admit Card,
may do so by logging in the admission portal and selecting the desired additional category(ies).

ii.

Candidate however, cannot update his/her personal data after issuance of Admit Card.
