A: School Administration/Settings: Whole Setup of the School is

maintained here
A1: School Contact Info: While creating setup the system requires the fallowing info
such as School Name, Address, Phone and other Contact Detail
A2: General Settings: For Fee collection the system requires Fiscal Year, Bank Account
number, Currency format, School Logo is updated under General Settings
A3: Access Level: Module wise Access for different users of the software, Such as faculty
has to deal with attendance, ELE, Diaries, Some reports. Similarly parents have to access only
information about their child and other school activities. Common Access Levels are
(Management, Administration, Faculty, Parents)
A4: Organization Chart: Organization chart is based on the hierarchies of school Staff
and data level of access is being maintained.
A5: Classes / Sections Setup: Up to which class the school is and how many sections
each class has.
A6: Fee Setup: set up Fee Bills heads with assigned amount of each class. So that fee bills
distribution and collection made easy.
A7: Courses Management: How many courses offered by each class? And courses
assignment with teachers and class is maintained here.
A8: Exams Management: Grades, Terms of exams management

B: Admission:
Online Admission integration with school website or by using portal. Each admission form goes
through three (3A) different processes;

Based on these criteria student seeking admission either goes to the Accepted, Awaited or
Rejected.

Academic Calendar is maintained electronically and being emailed to respective teachers,
parents, and assigned to class.

E: Circular/Events:
Events/Circulars Calendar is maintained electronically and being emailed to respective teachers,
parents, and assigned to class.

F: Attendance:
Teachers by using tablets/Smartphone mark attendance of each child and data is stored through
web services to the central database of the school. Alternatively attendance can be made through
simple entry by using web app by the administrators.
Parents of the child can view the attendance calendar of their respective child by accessing
through web portal/ Smartphone App / I pad or tablets. Life time attendance is available.
However an SMS could be broadcast to parents in case of absence of their child.

G: Fee Bills Distribution and Collection

Accounts department of school can easily distribute Fee Bills in just few clicks.

Chose Class (If Student is selected then single Fee Bill for student will generate
otherwise Fee Bill for Whole Class is generated)
