I have checked Table 7, Fig. D-1 in the back of
Reference [33], Westinghouse T&D. There N' refers
to the H winding, and N refers to the M winding. An
equation is given for N' = 1+n1 , but I can find no
definitions for n1 and n2. I suspect that n1 is the
turns ratio between main and series winding, and n2
is ratio between main and tertiary.
