The Theme of the month: All about me!

As a way of getting to know each other, this months
theme is: All about me!
During this theme we will be exploring our names, identity, and family. Some activities will include me dolls,
friendship cookies, theme related songs/ finger plays, and
much more.
A few outcomes for this theme include: Confidence building, socialization , and building positive relationships.

Show and Share Schedule

Below is a schedule for the pre-k Show and Share. For the month of October your child will bring their All
About Me Bags to share with their classmates. You will be getting more information on this in your childs look
book. Please insure they are in your child's backpack the day of their show and share. Thank you for your cooperation.

Staying connected
Are you interested in what your child is doing at school? Do you often wish you could be a fly on the wall in
our classroom? This year my goal is help you stay connected to your child's learning experience at school.
Once I have all the consent forms filled out I will start upload posts.

PICTURE DAY
Friday September 25th
ALL PRE-KS COME @ 12:40-3:20
Attention parents:
Our school-wide picture day this year will be on Friday September 25th. Although the Pre-Ks normally
dont have school on Friday they will be attending class so they may take part in this event. Please drop your
child off at 12:40 p.m. on this day. Pick up will be at 3:20 p.m. All Pre-Ks will be coming in the afternoon.
*Due to the extra day your child will not be attending school the following Monday 28th*

Family Day
I encourage those of you who
can make meet the teacher
night on September 17th to
come out and tour our classroom with your child. The
CSCC is putting on a BBQ
supper for all the families so
be sure to get your form into
the office. You will find it in
your childs Look Book.
