Dear Sir,
Quantity of coal transported from different coal yards to Kakri Wharfwall
was 374.440 tonne, 140.460 tonne & 251.570 tonne on dates:- 01.12.2012, 02.12.2012 &
03.12.2012 respectively which are less than the daily targeted quantity i.e. 2465.750 tonne.
It was observed that on the above mentioned dates, sufficient no. of trucks and payloaders
were not engaged by you. Therefore, penalty for the shortfall in the quantity for above
dates will be imposed as per terms and conditions of the contract.
You are advised to ensure deployment of sufficient number of trucks and
payloaders for the above work.

03.12.2012 respectively which are less than the daily targeted quantity i.e. 3835.61 tonne. It
was observed that on the above mentioned dates, sufficient no. of trucks and payloaders
were not engaged by you. Therefore, penalty for the shortfall in the quantity for above
dates will be imposed as per terms and conditions of the contract.

Dear Sir,
On 18/01/2013, a rake of 28 wagons was supplied to you for loading by the
Anpara Thermal Power Authorities, at Kakri Wharfall. Out of total 28 wagons, you could
load only 10 and you failed to load the other 18 wagons. Since you were unable to load the
other 18 wagons in time, the rake was pulled back incomplete.
You are therefore advised to ensure deployment of sufficient number of
payloaders for the above work.

Dear Sir,
The quantity of coal you had transported to Kakri Wharfwall was 893.460
tonne on dated 21.01.2013 which is less than your daily targeted quantity i.e. 2465.750
tonne. It was observed that on the above mentioned date, sufficient no. of trucks and
payloaders were not engaged by you. Also, it has come to our notice that you are taking too
much time for loading the empty rakes given by Anpara Thermal Power Authorities. You
are taking approx. 10 hrs to load a rake which ideally should take only 3-4 hrs. Therefore,
penalty for the shortfall in the quantity for above date will be imposed as per terms and
conditions of the contract.
Despite of getting frequent letters from our end, you have still not improved
your performance. Again, you are advised to ensure deployment of sufficient number of
trucks and payloaders for the above work.
