i. Look for a class or foundation who is willing to give money, or raise funds ourselves.
ii. Kyle: Better to look for a class or foundation rather than have an MSC fundraising.
iii. Jenn: Before, the MSC found a foundation/class. Last year, it was Sagip.
iv. Along with ECM, we can scout the call rooms that need the most improvement. Former MSC
Chair Mich Castillo is willing to go with us to look for the call rooms that are most in need.

1. Shirt orders will be released this week
2. Other merchandise is not yet settled
a. Kyle, Therese, Ian, Kor: Dont think its a big deal if we just refund the money and tell
them we cant produce the product because we didnt reach the quota for products.
b. Din, Mandy, Mavi, Pat: Its a promise that we made to produce for them. Its more of
our personal integrity at stake, us saying that we didnt deliver. Plus, its actually
publicity to create the products. Plus, for a loss of 120 pesos, were willing to break
our promise?
c. Mandy: Math moment about breaking even so that MSC does not lose money, and
we do not break our promise.
i. MSC Consensus: Agree to re-circulate order forms in order to be able to reach
our quota. Two more days of ordering to reach our quota of 36 for mugs and 36
for tumblers! Publicize the mugs.

ii. CPC: need judges for a contest on Saturday afternoon, 3-5pm, OB and Neurology. Please
help us find!
iii. Our Lady of Fatima University will not associate anymore with APMC; they are still in charge
of registration. But we need more volunteers! Approach us if you know of anyone who is
willing to volunteer.

b. Magna Carta of Student Rights
i. Ian: The only things we can change are minimal. What we want to add is controversial: there
are Catholic schools and private schools that are part of the APMC.
ii. Pat: It should not be like that. APMCs Magna Carta is lacking, and not exceedingly applicable
to schools.
iii. Kring: Make our own Magna Carta for UPCM. We should not wait for USC or APMC.
iv. Ian: Violators of the Magna Carta are usually administration, so in order for the document to
have power, we have to ask the deans, etc. to sign it so it has force.
v. Kyle: Can we not present this to the College Council?
vi. Pat: Consultation of needs? Course it through like this: Liderato -> DMT -> College Council

1. It got brighter! Administration has added bulbs.
2. Reason for darkness: all colleges in UPM turn o the lights. In fact, it is only UPCM and
NIH that have lights.

ii. Compile concerns and talk to UPCM administration c/o Sir Gener
e. Biochemistry Court
i. Administration will put lights.
ii. Reason why we cant use it is that it is a parking lot.
9. Internal Aairs
a. Volunteer Corps
i. In order to truly centralize the Volunteer Corps, IA has to have the first touch with them, to
orient them. Orientation will happen next week, Wednesday.
ii. All committees will have volunteers, do not worry!
iii. The Volunteer Corps will be centralized much like the Central Committee is. Although each
committee has their own projects and may meet on their own time if they choose, there will
be centralized gatherings and workshops for the VolCorps.
