DESCRIPTION OF SCREENS
1. SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS
1) Check all safety closures are closed.
2) Turn ON the line and mains switch.
3) Connect the air pressure.
4) Reset the machine using the reset button under the screen. If there is not anything wrong,
the screen will display the welcome screen.

2. MAN-MACHINE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

This machine has a touch screen panel as an interface with the user. The panel and its screens
include all the pushbuttons for a normal operation of the machina. There is also an alarm screen to
help troubleshoot any malfunctioning of the machine.

Here is an explanation about the different menus and pushbuttons that the user will find
in the following screens:

Screen 1

The first screen is a welcome screen. It also displays the manufacturer details concerning to Carugil. This screen
leads the user to the main menu.

Screen 2

From this screen the user can access to:

TouchScreen buttons:

WORKING MENU: Shows the working menu.

MODEL:

Shows the model screen..

MANUAL:

Shows the jog menu.

ALARMS:

Shows the alarm screen.

SETTINGS: Shows the settings menu.

CUTTING:

Shows the cutting menu.

TIMES:

Shows the timing menus..

REMOVE MOLDS. Shows the moulds removing screen

From this screen you must press TERMINAL SETTINGS (F4). You will be able to see the IP
address and configurations.

Screen 5

Scroll down to NETWORKS AND COMMUNICATIONS and then press ENTER

Screen 6

Selectc RSLINX ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATIONS and press ENTER.

Screen 7

From this screen, you could see your PLC IP address (130.130.130.17). If not, please, select
EDIT DEVICE.

Screen 8

From this

SETTINGS MENU you could enter to IP Parameters Devices.

Screen 9

From this SETTINGS

MENU you are be able to enter your PLC IP: 130.130.130.17.

After that, please, press ENTER.

Screen 10

Go to MAIN MENU and scroll down to PANELVIEW-PLUS, 192.168.130.18. If not, please,

press EDIT DEVICE

From this menu we can set the correct IP

Enter the correct Screen IP:130.130.130.18 en press ENTER

Press OK.

Screen 14

Now, you can see the correct Screen IP. Press CLOSE

Screen 15

Go to NETWORK CONNECTIONS and press ENTER.

Enter IP ADDRESS

Screen 17 to 22:

Enter the current values:

IP ADDRESS: 130.130.130.18
SUBNET MASK: 255.255.0.0
GATEWAY: It could be 0. It doesnt matter.
PRESS OK

Screen 23

Press OK to enter the Addresses

Screen 24

Press ENTER too. The device will be restarted.

Screen 25 & 26

Press CLOSE.

Press YES and the system will be restarted. After thar, if you go to Main Menu you could see
the correct configuration.
