4 Consulting Partners.

design, project management and customer relationship management.

• Pivotal role in establishing processes to enable the appropriate and on-time delivery of solutions
to clients.
Technology & Business Solutions
• Led team in conducting a RFP assessment for $45 million initiative to replace a key MRP system
for Consumer Goods client. Recommended and gained approval to adjust proposed expenditure
of $45 million to $2.5 million accommodating system enhancements, improving overall
maintainability and supportability by internal team.

consulting costs by 80% within one year.
• Led team in analyzing, auditing and implementing controls, standards and best practices across
the environment, enabling the achievement of Sarbanes-Oxley compliancy.
Technology & Business Solutions
• Oversaw the rollout of new Equipment Reservation System leveraging .NET and Oracle RDBMS
to automate manual processes and replace Excel spreadsheets. System provided competitive
advantage within the marketplace by enabling customers to reserve equipment 24/7, delivering a
projected ROI of 49.11% within 2.3 years.
• Directed the deployment of IVR system to enable customers, day carriers, contractors and
internal users to access shipment information 24/7.
• Championed the build out of Business Intelligence platform to provide an effective framework to
improve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Led the development and implementation of numerous enhancements into systems to support
new regulatory requirements and enable the rollout of new programs.
• Spearheaded a Proof-of-Concept initiative to enable the launch of new door-to-door truckload
transportation product offering. Identified and partnered with third-party vendor to deploy a pilot
system leveraging an ASP delivery model within 60 days with only a $300K investment.
• Managed the design of strategy to replace 4 operational systems with Oracle Financials,
consolidating invoicing and accounts payable functions across the enterprise.

Achievements & Solutions:
• Granted NesBest and Nestle Spirit Awards for exceptional performance. Designed and
developing Promotion Payment Processes, enhancing the accuracy of payment coding and
processing of all promotional programs, which delivered $10 million in savings.
