PARISH MEMBERSHIP
All new families are welcome to the Parish and every family should be properly registered. Registration forms are
available at the Rectory.
Use of the electronic giving (Faith Direct) or envelope system is required if statement of contribution is sought for
tax purposes. All parishioners should use either one of the
donation forms. If you move or change your address,
please notify the Rectory by mail.
SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM
First Sunday of each month at 1:30 PM only. Parents
should make arrangements by calling the Rectory no later
than 2 weeks before the Baptism.
Parents must attend the Baptism instructions before Baptism
SACRAMENT OF MATRIMONY
Time available: Saturday 11 AM-3 PM; Sunday 2:30 PM-3
PM
Couples must make arrangements six months prior to the
selected date of their marriage and fully participate in the
Pre-Cana Parish at home.

Responsibilities :
Provide Transportation for
seniors to and from Center,
collect and record participant
contributions weekly, deliver
Meals on Wheels to assigned
addresses mid-morning,
maintain upkeep of vehicle
and document mileage, repairs, etc., assist in scheduling pickups and routes whenever necessary, establish excellent relationships with seniors and all team members,
monitor any changes in seniors well being needs, and
report to case Manager.
Qualifications :
Valid NYS Drivers LicenseClass D, 3 years of driving
experience; no more than one
moving violation in 24
months, no DUI convictions,
knowledge of or ability to
follow directions, ability to
communicate, read and write
in English.

St. Anastasia School is now accepting registration for the coming academic year at our
new academy, Divine Wisdom Catholic Academy, which will open in September
2009. Please call the school at (718) 631-3153 or email at school@stanastasia.info for any
other information you may need. Registration Dates for The Divine Wisdom Catholic
Academy are as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and
Tuesday & Thursday 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Reservation Form
Last call for the St. Anastasia School Fashion Show, which will be held on April 2, 2009
at the Immaculate Conception Center in Douglaston. Ticket price is $60 and reservations
can be dropped off at the Rectory Office or at the School office. Reservations must be received by March 30th. Do join us for one of the schools biggest fundraisers of the year.
