MEMBERSHIP DRIVE & CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

for all our candidates in this fall's Federal Elections

The Marijuana Party is running CANDIDATES in Vancouver
in order to totally legalize dispensaries that could otherwise
be shut down due to arbitrary bylaws, and CDSA regulations.
We're totally legalizing our cannabis dispensaries, all its
growers & all our members with our 'no jurisdiction defence'
WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP, YOU'RE NOW ENTITLED TO
BEING 100% UNDER COMMON LAW JURISDICTION
This involves a lot more than just legalizing cannabis as medicine
MEMBERSHIP DEFINATELY COMES WITH CERTAIN PRIVILEGES
all Sec 8 CC Territorial common law rights known to man are restored

We now uphold nominations for 8 candidates in the Vancouver area.

ADD it up: 22 clubs saved
protected from arbitrary abuse

With a total membership base of

over 25,000 voters & counting..
Let's organize a VOICE from the west

Take a chance on Freedom: There's at least 16 clubs sitting on the fence

What do we offer you that other memberships cannot

Because City bylaws do not apply: We can offer cookies,
creams, lotions we can be too close to a school [for example]
We can operate dabber bars - that include providing the dabs.
We obviously can advertize & hold cannabis friendly concerts
Frankly not even 1-arbitrary rule that the City bylaws or the CDSA
try to enforce apply onto us, because they hold no jurisdiction to
proceed to control - so says the Supreme Court of Canada [period]
