Job Summary: The Manager Human Resource Business Partnering will support the
Centenary Bank in the implementation and monitoring of the HR Business
partnering framework in the respective area of operation in line with the HR
strategy, Bank policy and wider Banks business strategy
Coordinating the staff cost and head count (workforce planning) budgeting and
monitoring in the respective area of operation in line with the staffing budget
guidelines.
The incumbent will also support staff engagement agenda of the bank in order to
ensure implementation of the relevant initiatives to have a motivated and
productive staff base and deliver the banks employee value proposition.
Ability to liaise with other HR and external Bank / Market stakeholders as needed
while executing the HR BP role.
Best practice interviewing skills.
Possess the ability to think conceptually and strategically out of the box in order
to come up with applicable HR solutions to business needs.
