With a firm belief in excellence, I am an experienced and dedicated IT professional whose major part of
the professional experience is bred in a highly dynamic and very fast paced IT environment. I have been
indulged in all business critical support activities including project management, complex problem analysis,
solution draft and testing, quick workarounds, following through permanent fixes, change control, health and
performance monitoring, patching and installation, SQL manipulation and reporting to present data analysis/

1) Pre-sales support
a. Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with customer or partner on technical
issues.
b. Bidding support on technical and engineering related part.
c. Follow up issues that
may arise during testing/workshop/bidding activities. 2) Engineering support

cycle including planning, deployment and development of Active Directory, MS Provisioning Server, MS
Exchange and MS SharePoint modules 2. Blackberry Enterprise Server: Deployment and BESAdminUser
utility for Enterprise Activation Achievements: Deployed the latest version of HMC on over 12 servers.
Built understandable API on top of HMC web services. Blackberry Enterprise Activation enhancement.

CRM System's Databases Data Reconciliations
August 2008 to February 2010

These Reconciliation activities were performed on quarterly basis to avoid systems data being inconsistent
and keeping updated. The Activity aim was to synchronize the customers account in CRM, Provisioning,
Billing and Network elements to avoid Server Orders failures in future. The results would reflect every time
after the activity was completed.

This was about upgrading the existing solution for prepaid billing. There were new features introduced in
upgraded INs and leveraging them, in turn, it meant the introduction of new products and services for end

Tertio DA stress testing and capacity measure

A series of stress tests on newly DA (distributed architecture) upgraded provisioning system (Tertio) to
determine the current processing capacity and identify legs for efficiency improvement.
Virgin Media MTP
October 2014 to Present

Virgin Media's Mobile Transformation Project tendered Huawei ngBSS stack to upgrade the BSS capability
with 4g and convergent features along with Huawei network backbone to eliminate dependency on EE.
