The hotel has no standard Triple and Quad rooms, although extra beds are available.
The hotel reserve the right to change the rates without prior notice.

10 0% of the total amount of the Groups must be paid latest by August 19, 2015 to confirm your bookings.
It is important to note that this payment would not be refundable in case of cancellation of the booking.
Failing to adhere to the above payment calendar dates would mean that the reservation would be released.
If a payment is made by bank transfer, a copy of the bank remittance should be sent to the hotel by fax or email
within the time limit.
v Any payment made by bank transfer or bank cheque will be considered as a guarantee only if the amount is
physically received into our bank account.
v The above deadlines are for us to have received the amounts in our bank account, and not just a copy of the
transfer or a check.

Cancellation Policy:
v The total amount of the group will be charged if a cancellation or a room reduction is received.
v In case of NO SHOW 100 % of the Total Amount will be charged.

This agreement may be terminated by the hotel immediately in the event of any breach by Second Party
The parties agree that for purposes of this agreement and any amendment or modification thereto, or for any
other notice or communication between the parties, signatures sent or received by facsimile transmission, or
scanned copy by email, will be considered as enforceable and valid as an original signature by the p
signing.
This agreement will be canceled in case of non-receipt of this copy signed and stamped by the company at
the date referred to in the above table.

Children Policy:

Children upto 6 years old sharing parents room are free of charge including meals with a maximum of two
children per room.
Children between 7 & 12 years of age sharing parents room will be charged 50% for meals with free
accommodation.
Children 12 years of age and above shall be considered adults.

Check-in & Check-Out Time:

v The standard check- in time is after 17:00 hrs and the standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs.
v Request for Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability, and will be charged according the
contracted room rate as follow:
v 5 0 % for the check-out between 12:00 noon and 18:00 hrs.
v 1 0 0 % for check-out from 18:00 hrs onward
Rooming List:

The final group rooming list containing full guest names, detailed room breakdown and group meal plan
should be sent to the hotel 21 days before the arrival.

To activate this agreement, you are kindly requested to sign it and re-send it back to my e-mail maximum by
(18/08/2015).
Failure to do so will mean that the above rates, terms and conditions will not be applicable without any
responsibility on the hotel.
This agreement will be applied as of day of signing and receiving the first payment by the hotel and not retroactively
for the in-house guests without prior reservation.
Anjum Hotel Makkah agree to the terms and conditions contained above.
