Slipping or
tripping over:

The directors (Cam,

Louis, Liam, and

members may trip
over wires or may
slip over any drinks
that may have been
spilt. Also when we
are recording
outdoors there will
be risks where we

A fire could be
started due to the
electricity running
within the building
and this will cause
an unsafe
environment and
could cause harm to
the people on set

filming and directing
the performance

Ways to minimise
Risk:
Making the directors
and band members
aware of all of the
hazards on set.

Person(s)
Responsible:
Every person on set
is responsible for
their own safety
when walking
around, before,
during and after
recording and they
are all aware of the
hazards on set
which fit this risk
type.

By making sure all

the people inside
the building know
where all of the fire
exits are, ensuring
that at least one or
two fire
extinguishers are in
the room and
covering up or
removing all of the
fire hazards or any
flammable liquids
inside of the room
e.g. having bags
around electricity
plugs.
By making sure that
all of the unsafe
electrical equipment
has been identified
and then we can
avoid using that
equipment. Also by
making sure that all
of the lighting wires
are taped down and
any other wires that
may be a hazard for
people to come into
contact so this will
