TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER

1. General Consideration:
The town of Bossangoa is a community of approximately 280,772
inhabitants, whose critical concerns are about the shortage of drinking
water, health centers, schools and job opportunities.

The community he has received support for construction of drinking water


wells, provision of medicines through doctors without borders and some
sources working through ACTED whose main focus is mainly maintenance
and cleaning of roads.

The results have seen the decrease of stomach diseases mainly through a
water service and help to communities in health issues and also improved
the economy through jobs.

The recommended new project area assessed to be critical is based on the


technical training of people to produce agricultural products and hence
diversify the workforce, especially in the aspect of agriculture as a
resource.

The most appropriate training would support the community in the aspect
of agriculture initially and then diversify to other areas, such as bakery,
carpentry, masonry and others

2. Objectives.
The specific objective of the project is permanently Empowering people to
work through a flexible structure, equitable education services, quality
and relevant, contributing to their comprehensive training and support for
the development of family and community.

Based on the current need for the community to train and thereby
produce and develop individually and collectively.

The main beneficiaries are all adults wanting to acquire knowledge to


produce and develop economically.

3. Design.
This project is consistent with regard to the economic recovery of the
country and should be a national priority. Likewise this project is related to
the activities of the area are based mainly in agriculture.

Another organization that can contribute to this project is the World Food
Programme. Through provision of seeds for cultivation.

This project takes into account the local conditions and customs and will
initially focus mainly recommended to agriculture initially conducting an
analysis of earth to see the ability of the same for a given crop.

In a phase continuity an approach will be undertaken to impart other skills


and abilities such as baking, carpentry and others.

4. Community Participation.
The community is eager to acquire those qualifications that are essential
for economic development staf, success depends on the joint
participation of both technical training to give staf, people who receive
minimal support and other organizations, as stated above through the
provision of seeds.

Community participation is essential to the success of the project.

5. The nature of the Group.


The community of Bossangoa is a relatively quiet area the biggest
problem facing the community is extreme poverty in most of its
households. This project would benefit many people in the short, medium
and long term. It would be a great moral incentive hope for the family's
economic development.
6. Project Impact.
Initially the project would focus on training in aspects of agriculture
imporvement and diversification and then continue with a second phase
to more skilled work.

This would have immediate results mainly on reducing hunger and


economic activity.

Some areas of specialization can specifically be targeted at women such


as tailoring, food production and others.

7. Implementation.
To implement the construction of an ad hoc building for diferent
specialties, suitable materials for instruction and training and likewise
adequate technical staf needed to provide instruction primarily speaking
French and Sango.
The presence of land and plenty of water from river Ouham is a great
advantage.

8. Sustainability.
The time for the project is sustainable will depend primarily on the local
and national economic development because as it will have a local
economic base, it will enable people to give economic support to
particular courses of specialization. Later, trained staf and the community
can contribute to the dissemination of knowledge to other community
members interested in the project.
