New To-Be Server delays for TFS and TSOrders Track, date is now
pushed to July 30.The new delivery date eliminates the cushion that
was in schedule. If date goes past July 30 then missing Oct 1
becomes possibility

Currently access to production servers is being denied. While access

appliations, access to production is mandatory for cloning (to ensure
correct integration endpoints) and data extraction (to ensure up to

root access to the Hypervisor. It is unclear how the cloning images
are to be deployed to the HP environment, as the availability of sized

impact to tracks upon receiving it

Reviews (Conditional initially). If not passed, migration will be
delayed. This is responsibility of the project manager, but track
leads/resources might be pulled in.

According to Os there will be no NAS and what constitutes a

fileshare in the target environment is still under discussion,
meaning we will not be able to store any Data Only extracts.

Risk

Applications (Norway Apps) need Oracle 9g and 10g which is

currently out of standard for the HP environment. If this cannot
be provided migration would have to wait until September when
Halliburton plans to migrate these applications to 11g
