Klatzkin & Company Announces Promotions & New Hires

HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY (SEPTEMBER 14, 2015) Klatzkin & Company LLP,
one of the top regional accounting and advisory firms in the Central New Jersey and
Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania areas, is pleased to announce the promotions and
addition of the following professionals:
Michelle Robb, CPA, has been promoted to Manager from Supervisor. She has been
with the firm for 15 years, starting as an intern and gradually rising through the ranks. In
addition to estate and trust tax services, Robb specializes in tax and accounting services
for individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. She earned her M.B.A from
Rider University and her B.S. in Accounting from The College of New Jersey. Robb is a
member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Mercer County Estate Planning
Council, where she serves as Vice President of Membership. She has held previous
leadership positions with the Council, including Treasurer and Secretary. Robb is very
active in the community supporting various charities and causes, including coordinating
an annual food drive for The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County.
Ishaan Anand, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Accountant. He joined Klatzkin in
2011 as a Staff Accountant and provides tax and accounting services to the firms
business and individual clients. Anand received his B.S. in Accounting from Rowan
University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Toastmasters
International, and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Robert Gaffney joins the firm as Staff Accountant. He is a 2015 graduate of Messiah
College, where he received a B.S. in Accounting. Gaffney is gaining experience in the
preparation of business tax returns and also is involved in financial statement audits for
Klatzkins business and nonprofit clients.
Crystal Garcia joins Klatzkin as Marketing Manager. With more than 15 years of
experience in professional services marketing, she will develop marketing programs with
a specific focus on key industries the firm serves, events, social media and other
communication initiatives. Prior to joining Klatzkin, Garcia was marketing director for
Radnor, Pennsylvania-based McCausland Keen & Buckman. She is a member of the
Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), where she is a member of the Strategic
Communications Committee and is serving on the Networking Committee for the 2016
AAM Summit.

Kristi Rosenberg joins the firm as a Para-Professional. She is responsible for the dayto-day accounting operations on behalf of the firms clients. Prior to joining Klatzkin,
Rosenberg served as a senior staff accountant and operations manager for a CPA firm in
Michigan. She received her B.S. in Accounting from NC State University. Rosenberg is
a member of the New Jersey Associations of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs and
American Institute of Bookkeeping Professionals. Additionally, she is actively involved
in various community activities including volunteer work for Juvenile Diabetes Research
Foundation and her children school where she served two terms as PTO Treasurer.
