Objective
My objective is to make a career change utilizing my funeral experience, training, leadership and
relationship development skills in becoming an intricate part of a reputable company. I am
solutions-focused, teams oriented and have the ability to successfully analyze and support
individual requirements through identifying deficiencies, potential opportunities and developing
strategies to meet departmental maximum potential.
Experience
January 2004-December 2009: Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Home – Fort Worth, Texas
Assistant Funeral Home Manager
•Coordinate all aspects of the funeral services, including but not limited to minister directives,
musicians, florist and roles and duties of funeral home staff. Directing the service as a whole,
gaining confidence of the family while gathering all pertinent information identifying and
focusing in on the unique needs of each family assisting them in making financial decisions
based on clear presentation of product and pricing.
•Manages departments responsible for death certificates and insurance policies and follow-
through for each case.
