We are looking for SWSI Fans with following specifications; quantity: 2nos. You
are requested to forward suitable fan model in your product range with
detailed specifications like MOC and drawing if any along with
budgetary offer.
You are also requested to forward your credentials like supply of similar product
to XXXX, certification like ISO and availability of testing facility etc to incorporate
to our indent specifications.
1. Flow: 3400CMH STP.
2. Static head: 3 inches of WC (g).
3. Speed: 1500 RPM preferably or 3000RPM (RPM may be selected based on
size of fan assembly to meet our space available)
4. Space available: 660X920 (along shaft) X 1000(head room)
5. Material:
a. for impeller, body & volute - CS sheet IS 1079/2062
b. Shaft: C-40 (IS 1570)
6. Thickness: Gauge of sheet shall be as per manufacture standard. However
supplier shall specify gauge in his offer.
7. Type of fan blades:
Backward curved blade type
Arrangement: 4 as per AMCA; i.e. For direct drive, wheel overhang
on prime mover shaft. No bearing on fan.
Class: I i.e. suitable class for Max static pressure of centrifugal fan
Rotation and discharge: 1. Clockwise Bottom horizontal (for one fan)
2. Clockwise Upblast (for other fan)
8. Power supply: 415V, 3ph, 50Hz 3 wire cable.
9. Motor: squirrel cage induction motor as IS-325. Supplier shall specify make
of motor in his offer.
10.Impeller: Dynamically balanced as per ISO
11.Seal: V-type cup seal (details shall be produced along with material
supply)
12.Other accessories:
a. Inlet and outlet flexible connection (details shall be given in his
offer)
b. Inlet and outlet dampers (details may be given in his offer)
13.Spares: one Impeller dynamically balanced.
14.Inspection: pre-dispatch inspection of fan assembly in line with
specification by XXXX is involved. Inspection involves visual inspection,
dimensional check (for overall dimensions), welding qualification, DPT for
welding (100% by supplier, 10% by qa witness), dynamic balancing of
impeller (witness), performance test as per AMCA standard 210 and
vibration & noise level observation within limits of ISO.
15.Notes:
a. Specification sheet of fan model, General arrangement drawing for
both shall be accompany with offer for technical evaluation.
b. QAP, performance curves and detailed drawing shall be submitted
for our approval prior to fabrication.
c. Three sets of General arrangement drawing, detailed drawing, fan &
motor specification sheet after correction if any during
manufacturing, inspection shall accompany along with supply.
d. Approved QAP, Guarantee certificate, DCR approved if any, QS
reports, Shipping release note, certificates, lab reports, dimensional

and visual reports shall be made in booklet form of 3nos and

submitted along with supply of material.
16.PQ criteria:
a. The bidder shall be ISO 9001 certified manufacturer for fans or
authorized dealer of such manufacturer. Authorized dealers shall
submit copies of dealership certificate and ISO 9001 certificate of
manufacture along with offer.
b. The bidder shall have supplied similar products with inspection to
any of PSU. PO copy and shipping release form shall accompany the
offer.
c. The bidder shall clearly certify that all facilities to manufacture,
testing etc are available.
