Description:

PathLIMS (PATHOLOGY LABORATORY INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) application was initially


built on Sun’s UDS forte 5.2 environment. As Forte becomes obsolete technology, Genentech
decided PathLIMS have to be migrated to a Java/J2EE environment

PathLIMS department is integrated with different laboratories such as Anatomic Pathology (AP)
Lab, Clinical Pathology (CP) Lab, Immuno Histo Chemistry Lab (IHC), Insitu Hybridization Lab and
TMA. End users of this application are pathologist, Investigator and Lab Supervisors .
In PathLIMS ,pathologist creates an internal study number and an investigator opens
corresponding path request for that Internal Study number. Approved Path Request will be sent to
the corresponding labs and corresponding Lab Technician and Supervisor will work on it according
to the request and encloses the results. Once these results are reviewed by pathologist and
Supervisor Path Request can be closed or completed.

PathLIMS Requests section is about to design the experiment, based on design request will move
to corresponding lab and HTB section is to design tissue, to track all tissues

Description:

DOMAIN : DOMAIN (Decision Support and Operations Management Information System) is


an integrated case management and decision support system for the Superior Court of
California, County of Alameda. The application standardizes procedures, definitions, and
statistical reporting to support the legal process and help judicial officers, court staff,
attorneys, and the public to manage court information more efficiently. DOMAIN is one of
the Module in Superior Courts. It's a Migration project from Forte to Java.

Description:

Juvenile Case Management System (JCMS): JCMS is an integrated case-management and


decision-support system for the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda. All juvenile
cases types are processed in JCMS - Delinquency, Truancy, and Dependency. The system is
designed to follow the legal process; to support and standardize court procedure; to automate
and streamline work flow; to maintain an electronic case record; and to collect and report
statistics that the court needs for management and that the Administrative Office of the Courts
requires for its state-wide overview.

Description:

Domain Web: Domain Web is a web application that allows users to view certain details of
cases stored in Domain system. There are three ways to view the details page of a case.

 Calendar information- This allows users to select a courtroom, date and hearing
sessions and eventually choose a case
 Case Summary- This allows the users to enter the case number directly and view the
details.
 Complex Litigation- This lists all the case that are ruled complex litigations. From
this list the user can choose the desired case.
Once the user picks either one of the above options they are lead to a Case detail
page. From this page they can view the case type, filing date, parties, attorneys, register of
actions, future hearings etc. If the action is associated with images, the user will be able to
view the images as allowed by Law.

Restrained and Protective Orders(RPO) : RPO application is the central
database repository of all Criminal and Civil Restraining and Protective Orders. This
repository includes images from the Criminal Scanning Application and reference to
images created (scanned and generated via PDF) from the Civil DOMAIN CMS
applications; which are stored in the DSM database.
