briefDescription
SIP conformity
8242 is seen as a 400 DECT handset.
Creation of a new handset type for 8242 DECT handset in tools.
Local call log under discussion. Accpetable if device evolution only
Will require AP R155.
Multi-Com Server releases deployment in the same ABC sub-network
Certification of the last IBM platform.
Will cancel and replace the current IBM M4 platform.
T1-CAS & Ground Start boards: low runner for US.
TNLO21: replaced by several TNLO11
VPU6 for 4635: replaced by 4645 or OTMC
Extension Battery rack 48V - 3EH76187AA
Recording box 1 UA / 8 UA - 3BD19160AF and 3BD19218AH
Ethernet redundancy for dual connectivity to data infrastructure
Request for INTIP and GD/GA boards if second port is available.
Rack Dual PS reference from IBM is supported to offer a dual Power Supply solution.
Can be ordered in option or in add-on to M5 Appliance Server
Target: between 3k and 5K per CS
Depends on NEC evolution to limit SIP registration on OXE => inter project.
IP Link and RTP flow concerns for GD3 only.
NOE IP link and RTP flow concerns for IP Touch.
For XL configuration. Actis limitation with current sizing.
No impact on Virtualized offer.
In addition, to address correctly the "common" traffic usage with the minimum of OMS virtual
machine, the following Product Limit evolutions are required:
- 120 VG access instead of 16 (planned with OXE R11.0.1 TR+1)
- 2 x H323 accesses (60 network com)
To be able to replace an Hardware Media Gateway in any full IP/SIP deployment case, the following
OMS evolutions is expected:
6 - 30 party conferences (available from OXE R11.0.1 TR+. ACTIS configuration from November)

Inter-working and non regression qualification between OXE R11.1 and the last OTMS versions.
Notes:
- OXE R11.1 integration inside OTBE R2.1 offer is taken into account in OT project and depends on
OT R2.0.x roadmap.
- OXE R11.1 / OTMS R2.0.x and R2.1 have to be guaranteed as well.
Barring will be handled in OT R2.0.x for OT users.
To avoid mismatches, OXE barring has to be bypassed in this context.

OTEC (based on OXE & OT) must be compliant with AMAZON CLOUD.
During the POC with AMAZON , some issues have been detected and must be resolved if we want to
promote OTEC on AMAZON CLOUD and use AMAZON as a worldwide Iaas provider.
Issue to address in OXE context: Ethernet drivers not compatible with Amazon environment based
on XEN/Citix.
The goal is to deploy OXE and its environment on the virtualized AMAZON environment.
Reminder: Download dynamic Voice Guide feature is available from OXE R11.0.1 TR+.
1 hour per OXE MS.

Feature already available from OXE R9.0. for Sonatrack.

Authorize only the local management access to setup the users settings.
This feature is a protection to avoid a fraud from the system administrator!!
New request: it has to be linked to a specific software lock to avoid a management modification from
the system administrator to setup of the feature availability.
Change CLI in case of external forwarding when the call comes from another node.
GCTI_NETWORK_TIMESLOT CSTA private info.
OXE implementation done. It will require end-to-end qualification with Genesys evolution. Should be
done by AAPP, Genesys or integrator level.
No load balancing for B channel on ACTs
Display calling number and trunk group name on 8038/39, 4038/39 and 8068/4068 and 8082 phones
Automatic deletion of call-log entries which are older than 3 months
New German regulation.
The customer wants, for a number of users, to restrict the calls to the attendants
So, internal direct calls to the attendants are prohibited
Nevertheless, transfer has to be possible, as today
Update the IP Touch display on ringing with the PAI received in the 180 Ringing for an outgoing call
on a private (ABC-F) SIP Trunk Group.
Update the remote set display on ringing by sending a PAI in the 180 Ringing for an incoming call
on a private (ABC-F) SIP Trunk Group.
Available with REX, DECT handsets
GET feature support
Huge existing deployment with CS-1 as PCS would like to evolve towards a SIP carrier connectivity.
Performance tests are required to authorize this kind of deployment.
Sizing will depend on global remanent value

For the OTCS (Contact Center) solution, OXE and OTCS interwork using private SIP trunking
(ABC/F).
Some CC scenarios require to use CSTA correlatorData transported in the IUU in SIP between
OTCS and OXE in both ways.
An IETF draft is attached (Attachments tab) describing how IUU has to be supported in SIP.
IUU can transport something different from a CSTA correlatorData, so a specific encoding has to be
provided in IUU to distinguish a CSTA correlatorData Vs other data.
Re-using what has been done for ISDN is recommended
When CSTA CorelatorData is received/sent using SIP, the CSTA correlatorData has to be transported
in CSTA events/services
Support of the lastest version of VMware
Alternative cheaper solution versus VMware.
Technical step to support a new full SW packaging, including virtualized OXE/OMS components

SIP Product Limit enhancements

Hungarian translation

Vmware evolution: defence mechanism

briefDescription
For hospitality market requiring Voice Mail service with low traffic
Target: 5000 Voice Mailboxes, 30 ports
Availability with OXE R11.1 MD1. Nevertheless, the configuration will be possible from ACTIS of
November.
Current limit (1000) in Business environment is maintained.

The aim of this request is to simplify the management at the Passive Com Server level when local
SIP carrier connectivity is required.
Simplification should avoid managing ARS routes and as much SIP external gateway than PCS.
Planned with OXE R11.1 MD1
2000 instead of 500
Planned for OXE R11.1 MD1 (January 2015)
Product Limit to identify in case of native call log deployment
Number of logs per user could be limited to 20 entries.
Planned for OXE R11.1 MD1 (January 2015)
Increase some SIP product limits to address XL Contact Center solutions, interconnected through
SIP links (Genesys, OTCS):
- 8K SIP endpoints (instead of 5K)
General Availability planned with OXE R11.1 MD1 (January 2015)
Some translations are wrong. Updates have to be provided by local team
When virtual machine is stopped, shutdown of Com Server is done automatically.
Nevertheless, at the end of this shutdown, virtual machine has to stop automatically as well. Not the
case for the moment.
