Project Description
The project is aimed at automating the end to end processes of Performance management
(Goal Setting to Succession Nomination) of an organization. The application was deployed
in five languages for Global usability. This third party software was integrated with Hewitt’s
proprietary software called ‘myHR’ which is a renowned product with global presence.

Project Description
In this project, employees login with the corresponding Login ID. Initiates the Employee self
Service (ESS) and Managerial self service (MSS) transactions based on the corresponding
roles they possess. The transaction includes Transfer, Termination, Job and Compensation.
Once the transaction is submitted, a Siebel ticket is created and simultaneously the data
gets updated in the People soft Database .After the updating in PS, a trigger is generated
that helps the data to get updated in Common data source (CDS) which is a myHR
Database. Once the Data gets successfully updated then the changes gets reflected in the
myHR Application. The Entire workflow is checked and validated.
