Project Description:

An ADR is a receipt which represents ordinary or common shares of a non-U.S. company.

ADRs are priced in U.S. dollars and traded on U.S. exchanges, it allows investors to buy and
sell shares of non-U.S. companies in exactly the same way as they use-to purchase or sell
shares of U.S. companies. Using ADR application Investors are willing to get the benefits of
global diversification through Cost benefits and conveniences and Benefit without added
expenses and complexities of investing directly in the local trading markets. ADR helps to
overcome the challenges of trading in local market, like inefficient trade settlements,
uncertain custody services and Costly currency conversion.

Responsibilities include:

in the Mercury Quality Center with the Requirements

Project Description

In this project, employees login with the corresponding Login ID. Initiates the Employee self
Service (ESS) and Managerial self service (MSS) transactions based on the corresponding
roles they possess. The transaction includes Transfer, Termination, Job and Compensation.
Once the transaction is submitted, a Siebel ticket is created and simultaneously the data
gets updated in the People soft Database .After the updating in PS, a trigger is generated
that helps the data to get updated in Common data source (CDS) which is a myHR
Database. Once the Data gets successfully updated then the changes gets reflected in the
myHR Application. The Entire workflow is checked and validated.

Responsibilities include:

 Developing test scenarios based on business requirements.

 Preparation and linking of Test Cases / scripts in the Mercury Quality Center with the
Requirements
 Execute test scripts for SIT and validate the results in Mercury QC.
