Q1. I have filled Online Application form. Should I purchase OMR application/
Information Bulletin?
Ans. Candidate filling Online Application form need not purchase the OMR application/
Information Bulletin. He / she need not fill O.M.R. application form.
Q2. Where can I get the necessary information about AIEEA and SRF (PGS)-2014?
Ans. Information Bulletins for AIEEA-UG, PG and SRF (PGS) -2014 are available on
ICAR website: www.icar.org.in .Candidates are advised to read the Information
Bulletin (AIEEA- UG / PG / SRF (PGS) -2014) critically before filling the Online
Application Form.
Q3. Some fields in Online application are on different Serial No. in OMR application
form. Does it really matter?
Ans. There is some difference in Serial Number of some fields on Online form and OMR
application form. Candidates may ignore this.
Q4. What should I do after taking printout of my Syndicate bank Challan / NEFT
Challan?
Ans. Syndicate Bank Challan
You should visit your nearest Syndicate bank branch and deposit the amount printed
on the Challan. Bank will return you two parts of challan duly stamped.
After depositing the amount, you are required to visit the ICAR website again. Login
using your application no. and password and upload the payment details on the
website. Ensure that only correct details are entered, as incorrect details shall lead
to rejection of the application. After uploading the payment details you will be able
to take printout of your application.
Lastly keep Candidate copy of challan with you and attach the ICAR copy along
with the printed form. Then send it to ICAR as explained in next answer.
Online Payment
Making payment through Credit / Debit card using Payment Gateway of Syndicate Bank

During online filling of the form, candidate can also opt for making fee payment
through Credit card / Debit card using Payment Gateway of Syndicate Bank. In this
case the candidate will make payment directly through his / her computer and will not
be required to visit the bank. Receipt of such payments/application is confirmed
immediately.
NEFT
NEFT Challan should be used for making payment from any scheduled Bank other
than Syndicate bank.
You can take a print out of NEFT Challan and send NEFT remittance through any
branch of any Scheduled Bank. You must obtain the UTR number from the Bank
through which you have sent NEFT remittance.
After obtaining the UTR number, you are required to visit the ICAR website again.
Login using your application no. and password and upload the payment details on
the website. You are requested to ensure that only correct details are entered, as

incorrect details shall lead to rejection of the application. After uploading the
payment details you will be able to take printout of your application.
Lastly keep Candidate copy of challan with you and attach the ICAR copy
along with the printed application form. Then send it to ICAR as explained in next
answer.
Q5. I have completely filled and submitted the Online Application form. What should I
do now?
Ans. After submitting the application Online, take out its print. Complete the declaration
part and send hard copy along with ICAR's copy of Syndicate Bank/NEFT payment
Challan / Payment Gateway receipt through Speed post / Registered post to: "The
Controller of Examinations (Edn.), Exam Cell, Education Division, ICAR, Room
No. 216, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan-II, Pusa, New Delhi -110 012."
Q6. I do not have soft copy of my photo, signature and thumb impression. What should I
do?
Ans. Those candidates who are unable to upload their photo, signature and thumb
impression should paste their photo and put signature & thumb impression on the
printed hard copy of the application before submission.
Q7. I am applying for AIEEA-UG. I am appearing in Class XII (Qualifying exam). My
result is not yet declared. I dont have any percentage to fill in the columns asking
for percentage. What should I do?
Ans. Leave blank, if appearing / result not declared.
Q8. I want to apply for AIEEA-PG - 2014 / SRF (PGS) - 2014. My final semester OGPA
is not yet declared. Am I eligible to apply / appear in the examination?
Ans. AIEEA - PG - 2014 Please refer Item 9.1(iii) (c) of AIEEA - PG - 2014

Q9. What type of records I should keep with me after submitting application?
Ans. You are advised to retain the photocopy of :

Proof of payment of Application Fee
(iii) Post office receipt for dispatch through Registered / Speed Post
(iv) Candidate Copy of admit card
(v)
Three identical copies of recent passport size (3.5 X 4.5 cm) color
photographs as pasted on Online / OMR application form
Q10. I have filled and sent my application to ICAR. But now I want to Add / Edit
some details in my application. What should I do?
Ans. Online Reporting of Correction (For editing application) will be available only
once.
For Application filled Online : This facility will be available throughout i.e.
26.12.2013 to 20.02.2014.
For Application filled on OMR Sheet : This facility will be available from
01.03.2014 to 07.03.2014.
