Definition
The ability to create unique shared meaning with others by
engaging in voluntary, ongoing, interdependent interactions,
which involve meaningful interpretation of verbal and nonverbal
behaviors

Directions for the Reflection Paper


1. Consult the attached rubric to see how the reflection paper will be evaluated.
2. Write at least one paragraph responding to each guide question, for a minimum of two
pages, typed and double-spaced. Of course, some questions may require longer, more
detailed answers than others.
3. Write well, following correct sentence structure, grammar usage, and spelling,
proofreading your work carefully before you submit it.

Guide Questions
1. Describe the ways you intentionally interact with team members.
2. What effect did the activities you participated in have on team unity?
3. What interpersonal skills did you use to be an effective team leader? In other words, what
specific challenges did you face, and how did you respond to them?
4. What have you learned from this experience?
5. Discuss how you exhibited reliability, responsibility, non-verbals, listening, civility, and
respect in your dealings with others. (Consult the Interpersonal Skills rubric for more
information.)
Submission Steps
1. Find Socially Adept on the sidebar.
2. Find Interpersonal Skills under Socially Adept.
3. Click on Team Building Activities Reflection Paper (Missions).
4. Click the Upload Artifact button near the top right of the page. Give the artifact a name and click
the Upload File button on the menu that pops up.
5. Browse and upload your assignment. When it finishes saving, click Close.
6. Click the Submit button. Enter the name of your assessor, Missions. After entering this, hit
the Submit button.
