Icon Resources Sales & Marketing Training Program (IRSMT)


This program is designed to groom young MBA / Engineering Graduates into competent sales
professionals.
Selected candidates will go through a structured training program for a period of three months.
While on training, they will be paid a fixed salary and on successful completion will be on a fixed
and incentive based compensation linked to performance.
Candidates who have successfully completed the training are assured of a high career growth
path within the Icon group.

Candidates can be deployed to any of the Icon Group offices in India or in Singapore.
Compensation
Pre-designed Compensation package for complete 2 years, which has clarity with
performance linkage in monetary and career growth.
1. Compensation may vary for candidates with experience of more than 6 months.
2. Candidates who display exceptional performance shall be offered out of turn increments.

Selected candidates will be provided structured training for a period of three months and will be
paid the fixed component of salary for the duration of training. They will also be eligible for a sales
incentive of up to 30% of their fixed salary upon completion of the training.

Selected candidates will have to sign a bond to serve the Company for a period of two years after
completion of training period

Generating new business & accounts in the region
Managing the activities of sales

Job requirements
A flair for technology sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of networking and database based software desirable
Added advantage if experience in sales of software based IT solutions and services (ERP /
CRM / customized software etc) to corporate customers.
Salary range

First year CTC - Rs 4.5L+ maximum 30% sales incentive (Rs 5.85L)
Indicative CTC in second year Rs 7.0 L (based upon performance)
