authorizes the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) to place a
transportation sales tax measure on a future ballot.
INSERT BACKGROUND OF YOUR ORGANZIATION
Los Angeles County has some of the greatest mobility challenges in the country. We appreciate
and support the extensive bottoms up process that Metro has used to develop a consensus on
a county-wide sales tax measure. This measure has the potential to significantly reduce
greenhouse gas emissions and ease traffic congestion in Los Angeles County and could
transform Los Angeles County.
