1. Introduction
Harrods wants to install SAP Process Orchestration on its premises (using own servers)
to implement a full process integration solution including several SAP and non-SAP
systems.
SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration combines the power of SAP NetWeaver Business
Process Management, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration and SAP NetWeaver
Business Rules Management into one integrated offering. The solution provides all
components your organization needs to quickly automate and optimize business
processes - from simple workflows to integrated processes that span applications,
geographies, and organizational boundaries.
The technical installation of SAP process orchestration should be done by experienced
consultants able to ensure the installation is done according to SAP best practices and
also the final landscape is stable and provides all the functionalities required by Harrods.
Present document is the services proposal from Consultia IT for SAP Process
Orchestration installation and basic configuration.

2. Service scope
Service scope is technical SAP Process Orchestration 7.31 SP09 / 7.4 SP04 on RHEL 6
and Oracle 11.2. on development, quality and production environment.
Present proposal includes only Java stack installation (not dual stack)
Service also includes final landscape handover to Harrods SAP Basis team.

1.1. Useful points from Dual Stack and Single Stack

Three different licences for NetWeaver BPM requires a separate licensing- Double

stack PI, Java Only PI and PO (PI + BPM and BRM)

CCBPM is not supported in single stack for that need to redesign and rebuild them

in NetWeaver BPM. You need Single JAVA Stack+BPM installation model for this.
On a single stack you have different configuration objects which are called

"Integrated Configuration". The classic configuration objects cannot be used on

the single stack for that need to do migration.
ABAP proxies and XSLT mappings fine in single stack.

1.2. Technical components to be installed

Components to be installed depend from the chosen solution (single or dual stack

3. Assumptions around the installation

All software licenses will be provided by Harrods.

HW will be provided by Harrods, and will be prepared for SAP installation.
Storage will be configured by Harrods.
Consultias team will work remotely except for important meetings and system

handover to Harrods.
Harrods will make available to CIT relevant authorisations on their systems to

perform the tasks root access is provided

Required software/DVD mediums are downloaded and extracted
OS will be installed by Harrods and OS Team support will be provided to

Consultias team.
SAP Market Place s-user with authorizations to raise OSS messages on Harrods
behalf
