USO
Las mquinas han sido diseadas, fabricadas y
protegidas para ser empleadas como mquinas
para preparar caf expreso y bebidas calientes
(t, capuchino, manzanilla, etc.); todo otro uso ha
de ser considerado impropio y por tanto peligroso.

CARACTERSTICAS DE LA MQUINA
Descripcin de la mquina.

para preparar caf espresso y bebidas calientes.
El principio de funcionamiento consiste en una
bomba volumtrica en el interior de la mquina
que alimenta la caldera en la que se produce el
el agua es enviada a los erogadores externos
en forma de agua caliente o vapor segn las

En los modelos con economizador el agua a
utilizar para preparar las bebidas es tomada al
momento de la red hdrica, presurizada por la
bomba y calentada instantneamente por el vapor

La mquina est formada por una estructura
portante en acero a la que se fijan los
componentes mecnicos y elctricos. Todo est
cubierto con paneles de cobertura total realizados
en chapa de hierro pintada al horno y en acero
inox. En la parte frontal de la mquina se realizan
las operaciones productivas y estn situados los
mandos, los aparatos de control y los grupos

Es imprescindible la conexin de la
mquina a una conexin a tierra,
debidamente conectada.

Se aconseja dejar un espacio libre alrededor de
la mquina con el fin de agilizar los trabajos de
mantenimiento, as como del espacio destinado al
molino de caf.

Consejos generales:
El portafiltro siempre debe ir colocado en la
mquina para que se mantenga caliente

Manteniendo pulsada la tecla XL pulsar
la tecla S del mismo grupo, y empezar
el ciclo automtico, consistente en poner
en marcha el grupo 7 segundos y pararlo
durante 3 segundos sucesivamente
hasta un total de 5 veces.
Este proceso disuelve el polvo contenido
en el filtro ciego, limpiando los conductos
y la electrovlvula, as como las duchas y
difusores del grupo.
