Race 3
Introduction
The paper is meant to summarize and interpret data collected on a question that was
race still an issue in the U.S.” is the question from which the data was collected and analyzed.
Since race is still somewhat of an issue in many countries and especially the U.S. I figured this
would be a good means to get honest answers. The attributes measured were country, gender,
age, education, and team. These attributes were giving on the ask500people website.
I believe out of all the attributes country and gender will have the most affect on the
respondent’s answers. Education and age will more than likely be secondary that affect the way
the respondents feel about the issue at hand. Even though is it rather difficult to conclude this
from the data because they are yes and no questions predominately one can still perceive that

The majority if the respondents were male also coming from the team “pirate” and agreeing that
race is still an issue in the U.S. A second larger percentage not only agreed but strongly agree
that race is still an issue in the U.S. Leaving an overwhelming percentage in agreement. The
undecided and disagree variables are tied while strongly disagree is last.
46% of all the respondents believe that race is still an issue in the U.S. and 25% strongly agree
on this. Totaling 71% of all responding in agreement that race is still very much an issue in the
U.S., 67% of the respondents were male while only 32% of the respondents were female leaving

There were several different countries of origin that participated in this survey. Ranging from
Europe, New Zealand, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and America. America voted the majority,
which is expected since the question was directed toward the United States. An “unknown”
country came in second tying Hungary. Poland came in third with subsequent countries all tied.
America had the majority with 51% of the total votes. An overwhelming majority since all the
other responses are so evened out. Hungary and “unknown” had 5% of the total responses. While
Poland had 4% and the rest of the countries were pretty much tied at 1%.
Race 10
Is race still an issue in the U.S.” is the question from which the data was collected and analyzed.
Since race is still somewhat of an issue in many countries and especially the U.S. I figured this
would be a good means to get honest answers. The attributes measured were country, gender,
age, education, and team. The ask500people.com website was a good way of distributing this
survey to many people, not only in the U.S. but around the world. This was a great way to see
how said issue is seen by many other individuals not within your own community and country. It
is, metaphorically speaking, like a mirror in terms of seeing how we are perceived as Americans
to other countries. This was an eye opening experience completing the assignment.
There were several different countries of origin that participated in this survey. Ranging from
Europe, New Zealand, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and America. America had the majority with
51% of the total votes. 71% of all responding in agreement that race is still very much an issue in
the U.S., 67% of the respondents were male while only 32% of the respondents were female
leaving the mass majority of males also in agreement with race as an issue. Leaving me and
people that would also be reading this to ask if race is still such an issue why hasn’t any group
