Layer3 Message Analysis: Trouble shooting problems by analyzing Layer-3 messages.

Suggestion both Physical (Tilts Mechanical as well as Electrical, Azimuth Change) and
Parametric (A3 offset, Hysteresis, Time to Trigger, clean Neighbor list and power increase)
were provided to customer. After implementation of these changes, post drive is conducted
and logs are compared with Pre-Drive for improvements.
Customer Handling: Discussing suggestion With Circle and Customer came up during Drive
analysis with customer for their approval which involved justification for every change
recommended.
Data Base Maintenance: Maintaining and updating of Cluster Data Base having all
information about site starting with its Lat/Long to Antenna Models and Tilts ,dates of
submission, Approvals.

Meet the QoS Target on the network ARQ (accessibility, Retainability and Quality) for both

LTE design for AT&T, US with Atoll Radio Planning tool (Version 2.8.3 and built 4040) and ACP
tool (Arieso and Capesso).
Minimize inter-technology (GSM/UMTS/LTE) and inter-layer (within LTE) transitions
LTE network where users stay on the LTE network as much as possible and do not transition to
UMTS/GSM in both LTE idle and active modes

2C Design wherein we introduce an AWS/PCS overlay sites on existing 700MHz, keeping all the
Standard Parameter settings as per customer guidelines, Mapping all the tilts and azimuth,
antenna types configuration as per existing 700 MHz design.
The use of results (and or design decisions) directly from tools (for example from ACP) that may
impact network performance. So every cluster optimization done with manual Optimization.

Major scope of design (Both Constrained and Unconstrained) is to meet the KPIs Threshold (E.g.
RSRP, RSRQ, Dominance etc.).
Optimization is performed in-order to meet the define KPIs, where in we have to follow the
guidelines, like whether we have the liberty to site addition, change azimuth, relocation of site,
Height change etc. Basically it comes as a customer input.
